The location is good. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and different restaurants. The refrigerator was not working. I didn’t bother asking for a new one since the ice machine was close to my room. The front desk staff didn’t seem to have much knowledge of tours or restaurants for the area. Price was reasonable. My experience was so so.

The general manager Anthony was completely rude and unprofessional. The maid staff will not clean your room even if you tip them. Anthony the “GM” came to my room and inspected my room when I called down to say it wasn’t clean he proceeded to put his finger inside the sink of the hotel and say it’s clean with the maid manager; I stayed for 4 days each day no clean room and staff horribly rude Anthony then called the morning of my departure and said if I didn’t leave in 15 mins then he would call the police ( this is after I was switched to the presidential suite due to friend connections ) they banged on the door and called multiple times until I left most horrific experience getting threats when waking up. Anthony was clearly upset I got the presidential suite without him. No bell man very unprofessional and borderline insane for him and his maid manager to come to my room and see if it was clean when I told them I was not I’m from Las Vegas and this is the would never happen. I’m contacting corporate as the maids and Anthony shouldn’t be employeed they are not fit for customer service industry. I would give zero stars if possible.

Hotel was clean and nice. Perfect for my family. Pool was fun, super shallow though so perfect for younger kids (3-4ft deep). Hotel was in a perfect location. Right next to downtown and the Riverwalk. Was able to walk everywhere I needed. Valet was easy to use.

The Riverwalk Plaza Hotel fit what I was looking for. Mostly quiet, within walking distance of the Convention Center (a little far, but ok) and also near the Riverwalk, restaurants, etc. The rooms are nice. Clean. A little shabby in our bathroom, but not horrible. Shower was high powered and had good range of temp. The pillows are gigantic, so bring your own if that doesn't work for you. Fridge in the room. Nice little coffee shop/restaurant connected to the lobby. Open air pool on our floor was nice, but too hot outside for me! They have a gigantic screen in the lobby area where they play movies and a nice common area with tables and games. We brought cards from home and played their several nights. If you like to be near the fun, but not right in the middle of it, this might be your stay place!
