"Water Leak, No Real Compensation for inconvenience — Poor Service from management"

Our experience at this hotel was completely disappointing. Around 11:45 p.m on our first night, water started leaking from the ceiling in our room, soaking several of our belongings. We had to pack up everything and move to another room in the middle of the night — a major inconvenience after a long day. The only compensation the hotel offered was a 15% discount, which merely covered the difference in price between the two rooms as we were downgraded and had to move in the middle of the night. In other words, we were not compensated at all for the disruption, the stress, or the fact that our personal items got wet. What’s worse is the complete lack of care or accountability from the hotel’s management. There was no compensation of any sort for the inconvenience caused. It’s clear that guest comfort and service are not priorities here. Extremely disappointing experience — we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even a basic level of care or professionalism.

Avoid This Place at All Costs Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness was a disaster — stains everywhere, dirty surfaces, and an overall neglected appearance. The noise level was unbearable; you could clearly hear people in the next room and even footsteps from the hallways. The elevators made such loud and unsettling noises that we genuinely felt unsafe using them. The bathroom was in terrible condition and clearly needed maintenance. Everything in the room looked old, worn out, and dirty. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave shortly after checking in, even though it meant losing what we had already paid. To make things worse, the area around the hotel felt unsafe. A staff member even mentioned that there had been previous issues in the parking lot — and there were no cameras for security. When we decided to check out just 20 minutes after arriving, no one at the front desk seemed to care or even ask why we were leaving. This place is absolutely not worth your time or money. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

This hotel has broken furniture and horrible management. Around midnight we found out that while on a bachelorette trip one of our beds did not have the center legs attached to it. This caused the bed to literally collapse. Since it was so late maintenance could not fix the bed so they did move us to another suite since it was the only one available. After moving around 1am, the AC was stuck at 68° and there was no hot water in the suite. Owner of hotel argued with me and said all my complaints were not true even though I had picture proof. He offered an insulting 10% refund for our issues … please don’t stay here. They do not care about their guests or their own property.
