Walking in beautiful lobby and the scent in the air was addicting. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to get to and out of location. Very clean rooms and neighborhood. Great price for the location. Room was close to ice machine so did hear that a few times during the night but overall noise levels were okay. Friendly service and great technology. The shower had a steady drip. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower smelled great, wished we could have taken it with us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Overall a great stay.

I had a very nice day at your hotel. Your lobby was very clean well decorated and very inviting to sit and relax. The room was clean and at first I didn’t think I was gonna like the bed, but I actually slept very nice all three nights! The coffee pot was splattered with a lot of paint splatter and was kind of tacky looking that I would’ve spent a few dollars to replace. As a disabled person, I would suggest maybe a mat of some sort in the shower. I put a towel down to make it not as slippery for me to stand on while in the shower. I was there for my Grandson’s Air Force graduation which dictated me to be there very early so I missed out on the open hours of your coffee shop. I would have liked to have had a light quick bite to eat before leaving and a specialty coffee to go so maybe opening the coffee shop one hour earlier would be a good thing for us early birds who had to leave early. Or, I would suggest maybe add some food vending machines for us that had to get up very early before your coffee shop opened Your staff was professional, nice and very helpful. When I saw how far my room was from the elevator, I called to see if I could get a room closer as I am slightly disabled and it was explained to me that you were struggling with issues of heaters not working in other rooms. So I opted to stay where I was. I had a Riverview room which offered a very pleasant view and I appreciated that. I liked how close I was to the Riverwalk festivities for when I met up with other family members staying in other hotels it wasn’t that far and very doable by walking. I felt safe within the hotel as I did stay by myself. I haven’t travelled anywhere in 25 years and was very nervous but felt very relaxed once I settled in.! Bottom line, I would definitely recommend your hotel to anybody in the future and if I ever go back to San Antonio, I will definitely stay at your hotel again! Louis with Valet was great! Took such great care of us and very knowledgeable! He helped us out a lot. The staff was so nice but we did have some issues with the tv and the elevators are very slow.
