It was a wonderful treat to be able to stay at the riverwalk plaza. All the staff we met were so kind and friendly. We loved being near (within walking distance) of so many iconic San Antonio places. The kids loved the game room and being able to wave to passing Go Rio boats from the balcony. We had a great breakfast at the restaurant on the main level. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with very nice pillows. The only things I wish could have been a little different were the air conditioner noise (seemingly older unit that made a fairly large noise each time it came on) and location of our room (right next to the ice machine and staff/cleaning supply closet). Nothing that ruined our stay, but we had a lot of noises in and out of our room.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I was welcomed every time and helped immediately. Location is great. Close to downtown, but far enough away from the busy streets. Rooms were spacious and clean. I appreciated the valet services. It's unfortunate there is only one elevator. That made checking out a little difficult as everyone was trying to catch the elevator. Pool is nice, but very cold Overall, great experience, and I would recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Antonio.
