"ZERO STARS"

If I could give a zero, this place would get it. I booked a reservation and paid for 2 months ago, flying in from Florida for the holidays. We didn’t land until 10 pm and then drive 45 minutes to the hotel only to find out that they didn’t have a room for me but did verify the reservation. They came up with zero solutions and just said that they are sorry. Being a Bonvoy member and a credit card holder of Marriott I find this completely unacceptable. They could of emailed me or called me being that they have all my information but that didn’t happen. OOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and I will make sure Corporate is notified

"Run down hotel in need of renovations. Convenient and loud location on the right lane of I-84."

Sofa tears, tables with worn through veneer…. Pets barking at all hours. Suspect in some capacity subsidized housing for migrants based on foul cooking odors and or chemical processing that tripped off fire alarms and required late night evacuation of the property. Rude management inattentive to fundamental supervision of their hallways. DO NOT STOP… just keep driving. We stay often in the area and the options north of I-84 are: newer, cleaner and 5-10db levels quieter. Traumatic experience, I would not stay here again if it was free.

"Dirty, damp, and stained sheets and walls"

We checked in and then checked right out., as I had my 87 year old mother with respiratory issues in tow. The room was dirty, damp, and had stains on the walls. When we inspected the bed, there were numerous stains ( what they were, I was afraid to ask) on the “clean” sheets. As a lifetime Titanium Elite, and having stayed roughly 1000 days in Marriott properties, this was by far the worst one. We did not spend more than 15 minutes in the room, and the would not refund the charges..

"Tired hotel"

Bathroom was one of the most run down I have ever seen with Marriott. This hotel is old, tired and in desperate need of upgrades. In addition, the front desk is non existent. They hide behind some partition wall and do everything in their power to ignore the guests. 3 days in a row I need to call out for assistance.

"Worst hotel/motel experience ever. (Staff is wonderful)"

No hot water for over 5 days. No explanation. Staff has been left in the air as to why this issue isn’t being addressed. Have reached out to Marriott corporate. No response, not even the obligatory “we got your message” response. Rooms are a mess. Don’t ever come here. The good news is that the staff are quite friendly and pleasant. They’ve been left out in the dark.
