"Not the place you want to stay"

Slept for maybe 3 hours past two nights. If you want sleep don’t stay here. Literally on top of 84. No sound proof windows. Equivalent to sleeping on side of higheay. Listened to trucks. Screeching brakes etc ALL NIGHT LONG AND ALL DAY. Hallways smell like weed. Dark and outdated. Not cleanest hotel. Needs major update.

IM HERE ON VALENTINES DAY AND IM FREEZING THE ROOM WONT GO PAST 66 DEGREES AND ITS 24 DEGREES OUT SIDE SO NO GOOD TIMES JUST COLD TIMES THANK U SO MUCH I FEEL LIKE IM CAMPING GUESS YOU GOTTA USE THE OVEN LML THE FRONT LADY WAS SO NICE BUT WITH NO OTHER WORKERS AT NITE THEN THE FRONT DESK LOOKS LIKE IM DONE FOR TONITE EVEN SHE HAD A SPACE HEATER WISH I HAD ONE IN MY ROOM SMH

"ZERO STARS"

If I could give a zero, this place would get it. I booked a reservation and paid for 2 months ago, flying in from Florida for the holidays. We didn’t land until 10 pm and then drive 45 minutes to the hotel only to find out that they didn’t have a room for me but did verify the reservation. They came up with zero solutions and just said that they are sorry. Being a Bonvoy member and a credit card holder of Marriott I find this completely unacceptable. They could of emailed me or called me being that they have all my information but that didn’t happen. OOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and I will make sure Corporate is notified

Sofa tears, tables with worn through veneer…. Pets barking at all hours. Suspect in some capacity subsidized housing for migrants based on foul cooking odors and or chemical processing that tripped off fire alarms and required late night evacuation of the property. Rude management inattentive to fundamental supervision of their hallways. DO NOT STOP… just keep driving. We stay often in the area and the options north of I-84 are: newer, cleaner and 5-10db levels quieter. Traumatic experience, I would not stay here again if it was free.

"Dirty, damp, and stained sheets and walls"

We checked in and then checked right out., as I had my 87 year old mother with respiratory issues in tow. The room was dirty, damp, and had stains on the walls. When we inspected the bed, there were numerous stains ( what they were, I was afraid to ask) on the “clean” sheets. As a lifetime Titanium Elite, and having stayed roughly 1000 days in Marriott properties, this was by far the worst one. We did not spend more than 15 minutes in the room, and the would not refund the charges..
