I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the Ramada Hotel International Drive Orlando on Sunday, when I stayed with my family and children. I stayed on 12th April (Sunday) reservation confirmation # 80763EE112041 Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience and the condition of the room provided to us. I visited from Toronto , Canada . Firstly, the room cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, as the floor did not appear properly cleaned upon arrival(especially the washroom floor). The shower was also not functioning well with very slow water flow (you can ask some one to double check ), and there was no proper shelf or stand available in the shower area to place soap, shampoo, or other essentials. In addition, there was no dustbin in the washroom, which was inconvenient. The air conditioning unit was positioned directly facing the bed, which made it uncomfortable as the cold air was blowing straight onto our face during whole night . We also found the pillows to be very thick and uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. Overall, the room did not feel up to the mark in terms of comfort and basic amenities. Outside the room , it look like a Appartment building . In addition, the breakfast provided was also below expectations. It felt very basic and low quality compared to what we would normally expect from a hotel of this name, and it did not offer a satisfying variety or standard. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and even the general impression of the property did not feel like a proper hotel environment. My flight was early Monday morning for Toronto , so I was not able to meet you . But I told the receptionist that I will send my feedback to the manager . But when i send email to the GM, i didnt got any answer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and review these issues internally, as we expected a much better standard of service and comfort. Beautiful place. Close to restaurants and amusement parks. Also lots of grocery stores. Breakfast was a continental affair but was nice . Could have used a little more variety. Same food everyday and same flavors.

Hotel is fine and what should be expected at that price bracket however when difficulties arose; which included a fire in our room one night there was no care or support from the hotel. When concerns were raised in writing through the appropriate channels we received no contact from the manager as promised. Contact was made 8 days before check out however no problems were resolved by our departure date and the advice given on check out was to continue to hassle via email.
