"Simply blah"
June 2017
Staff is nice. Kids liked the pool. Shuttle was inconvenient in that it didn't go until 3 hours after park opening. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping left my door open one day after they left the room while we were away for the day. Air conditioning is weak. Housekeeping adjusted it while we were out one day. Water pressure was lacking. Water smells of sulfur. Concierge was misleading. Found out he was acting in his own self interest and not ours. Will not return.

"A few days visit"
July 2016
We were here for 3 days to visit Disney World. The staff were super helpful. The shuttle bus back and forth to Disney world were super great,, instead of driving. The tower rooms were much nicer than the ones on the bottom. It was a good visit, and we were happy with everything.

"Below average hotel, but good location and nice shuttle service"
January 2015
This hotel was below average. The room looked dirty. One of the pillows appeared to have dried blood on it, and the water smelled like sulfur. The only perk was that it was located near Disney and Universal and offered complimentary shuttle service. I would not stay here again, as I'm sure there are numerous hotels that are nicer and offer the same perks.

"Nice Place to Stay"

We found the Ramada to be quiet and fairly convenient to the international airport. It has a great courtyard area with two pools, an ice cream shop, and a place to show movies. It looks like a great place for families to hang out!

"This is a hotel that offers good value and is comfortable"

We took this hotel as part of a Sunwing package, so we didn't have much choice. However, we were pleasantly surprised as our room, although the view from the room was nothing, was very comfortable and clean. We found the front desk staff and the concierge staff to be very helpful , cheerful and prompt. The pool was CLEAN and we noticed (for our stay - Feb 7th - 14th, 2020) that there were more seniors in the hotel than families. There is a bar and a nook for food but we did not patronize them - although the bartender cheerfully helped me to uncork a bottle of wine as I had forgotten to pack a corkscrew. On our departure, I forgot my house keys in the room and had to have them mailed to me. It was difficult to get a message through to the housekeeping unit, but when I did, the houskeeper (boss), Ms. O'Donnell went out of her way to take the package to the postoffice, register it, tag it for US Customs/ Canadian Customs, provide me with the tracking number and only charged me a few dollars for all that extra labor, plus the postage to Canada of course. Another perk was that the hotel is close enough to Disney that you can watch the evening fireworks from the hotel balcony at the north end of the hallway in the 'Tower" portion of the hotel. This is a quality hotel and I would definitely stay with them again.

"Great Employees and Great Location!"
TripAdvisor user rating 5 out of 5

Just want to write a brief review for our experience at this Ramada hotel location during our stay from February 11th – 27th. As noted with our duration of stay, we planned a 2 week vacation in Orlando specifically to go to Disney and visit more places in Orlando. Although we wouldn’t be staying in the hotel often as we’d be out and about, we still wanted to be comfortable and safe every night we hit the hay so that we could have a good start (and end) to our days. First off, let’s start with the location. It’s absolutely perfect for Disney! We Ubered everywhere and it was relatively close to all the Disney parks. On top of that, we were on a big road with tons of food around (24 hr diners like iHop and Denny’s) and what really sealed the deal was the 24hr Wal-Mart next door. It definitely cut down a lot of costs for us food-wise and we were able to make ourselves right at home with pretty much anything we needed. The amenities and facilities are quite nice for the what is listed as a 3-star hotel. The pool area is very family friendly and we also spent some time just hanging out around it as it definitely gives off a nice vacation feel. The highlights of our trip though, mainly came from the staff at this location. After a long flight and having stayed at the airport for an entire night, we were welcomed by a very friendly hotel employee by the name of Taylor. It really made a great start to our trip and knowing that we’d be staying for 2 weeks; we were definitely optimistic. The ONLY problem we have isn’t with this location itself but rather how it’s listed on different travel websites. Basically, there’s a standard and deluxe option for the rooms and from the site on where we booked, there’s really no indication that they are all that different. We found out the “standard” rooms were the ones by the pool which is much more like a motel and the deluxe rooms were the one we were aiming for on the hotel side. We definitely weren’t happy with the room we had but thankfully, an employee by the name of Luis really went above and beyond for us the next day. He help sorted it all out in a matter of minutes and all our stress and worry went away just like that. To top that off, Eric, another employee there at the time helped out too and he also checked us out and made our experience all the more enjoyable. They made sure that all our concerns were addressed and really helped made it unforgettable. It’s experiences and employees like this that help us recommend this specific Ramada location to anyone who’s looking to vacation in Orlando. They really were the highlight of the trip for us in terms of the stay and we will definitely be returning one day the next time we plan a vacation in Orlando!

Comfy beds, good location. Facilities are old and could use some renovations; however, if the idea is visiting the parks and stay most of the day out of the room, the hotel works fine. Shuttle schedule to the parks is horrible!

My room was a king with a sofa. It was great, very roomy and clean. It was a corner room so I had an extra window, which was nice. The bathroom was nice. I loved the extra sink outside the bathroom. Parking lot was nice. Plenty of room. It was quiet in the hallway at night.
