The hotel accepts and stores packages for guests prior to arrival and during their stay for a fee of $5.00 per package which will be applied to your bill. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages or packages that were damaged in transit.

Due to limited storage space and safety regulations, the Ramada Gateway Hotel cannot accept packages that:

Are larger than 48 inches on any one side.
Weigh more than 100 pounds.
Contain hazardous, flammable, or biological materials.

Packages that exceed the limitations listed in the section above will be refused at delivery or returned to sender. The hotel is not responsible for those items or for any associated shipping/restocking costs.

Pet Policy:There's a $50 non-refundable pet deposit to be paid upon check-in, a two pet maximum and each pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds, and pet-friendly rooms are only the 2 Queen Standard w/Exterior Corridors. The Tower Rooms are not pet-friendly.

Fees:

$18.00 nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes will be collected upon arrival.

Full American Buffet Breakfast is $15.95 per person, per day; children 12 and under $5.95 per person. Children under the age of 5 eat free, one adult, one child free. Tax and gratuity not included.

Shuttles to the theme parks are running again, including the Lake Buena Vista Outlets. Please note hours may change. Shuttle runs at certain times, please check with the front desk for times.

"Would stay again"

Nice older hotel. Very clean and great amenities. Nicely decorated for the season. We were in building G. The furniture was old, but well kept. The only minor issue is all the outlets are very loose, (a common problem in a lot of hotels). The plugs of the lamps and charging blocks would fall out of the outlet.

Very comfortable room. Clean hotel. The building and surroundings are wide and there is a playroom + pool tables. Swimng pool is great and very large. There is plenty of room everywhere. Most of the employees were very helpful. Special thanks to who received us.

Really great hotel as they are remodeling from the previous, Flamingo to Ramada!!!!! The staff we interacted with were pleasant as well. Beds, air conditioning, fan, tv, all worked great. Definitely will stay again as we travel to Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I come to Disney on average once a month and typically stay here as it’s MUCH cheaper and is a super super short drive into the parks. This hotel is CLEAN, the rooms are average. The hotel has plenty of entertainment for people of all ages and I truly love staying here. My ONLY small complaint, and it’s been the last 2 times staying here…. The water in the shower doesn’t get hot like I like it. I took a lukewarm shower this morning and while I don’t like to complain, this was kind of a bummer… would it deter me from booking here again? Absolutely not.. but I do hope that they fix this issue.

Generally good standards rooms and facilities okay for the price however some clientele not managed spoiling the experience for others. Rooms dated but clean housekeeping do there best but was hassled to leave before 10am check out.Didn't use transport to Disney etc but you may wish to $35 parking plus admission price not a cheap day out. Reception staff helpful and professional but didn’t explain resort fee so be aware! Tours desk staff useful but not much use re the area if not buying tickets considering the amount we spent with them they could of been more helpful.on site breakfast limited and basic better to cross the road to restaurants opposite. Security never saw it BIG downside weed being smoked on the premises dealers coming on site under age kids smoking weed in the car park staff shrugged it off when brought to their attention have emailed since back re this no reply.Guests with children not happy re over the top guests consuming too much alcohol in the pool area again no input from staff.okay but not pleasant at night would advise because of this to get room near reception.Small shop on site very helpful and courteous.If not for the management of some guests and no visible security this hotel would rate far more highly im sure
