The hotel accepts and stores packages for guests prior to arrival and during their stay for a fee of $5.00 per package which will be applied to your bill. Packages will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the day they are delivered. Please do not plan to have your packages delivered more than 21 days in advance of your arrival at the hotel. To simplify the delivery of packages, the name of the addressee MUST match the name on the reservation. Packages without guest names will be returned after 14 days. Packages will only be given to the person whose name is written on the mailing label and we may require a photo ID to verify your identity. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages or packages that were damaged in transit.

Due to limited storage space and safety regulations, the Ramada Gateway Hotel cannot accept packages that:
  • Are larger than 48 inches on any one side.

  • Weigh more than 100 pounds.

  • Contain hazardous, flammable, or biological materials.


Packages that exceed the limitations listed in the section above will be refused at delivery or returned to sender. The hotel is not responsible for those items or for any associated shipping/restocking costs.

Staff is nice. Kids liked the pool. Shuttle was inconvenient in that it didn't go until 3 hours after park opening. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping left my door open one day after they left the room while we were away for the day. Air conditioning is weak. Housekeeping adjusted it while we were out one day. Water pressure was lacking. Water smells of sulfur. Concierge was misleading. Found out he was acting in his own self interest and not ours. Will not return.

We were here for 3 days to visit Disney World. The staff were super helpful. The shuttle bus back and forth to Disney world were super great,, instead of driving. The tower rooms were much nicer than the ones on the bottom. It was a good visit, and we were happy with everything.

"Below average hotel, but good location and nice shuttle service"

This hotel was below average. The room looked dirty. One of the pillows appeared to have dried blood on it, and the water smelled like sulfur. The only perk was that it was located near Disney and Universal and offered complimentary shuttle service. I would not stay here again, as I'm sure there are numerous hotels that are nicer and offer the same perks.

I stayed here 2 nights and got a pretty decent deal on the room. Pros: room is clean, the place seems pretty safe, and price was great. Cons: the place is showing its age including the room furniture. Wifi doesn't work at all and appears to have not worked for a good period of time. Something a lot of travelers rely on so if you need Wifi, this place may not be for you. The staff could be a little more professional. The front desk check in guy (I don't know his name but he has long hair) had the personality of a brick. Tried to make some small talk with him while checking me in and basically got ignored. Also a smile and a welcome and thank you go a long way. When I called and inquired about the wifi, I got the same personality from someone else. A very "do not care" attitude. I would have rated this place 4 stars.

After seeing negative reviews where a tad worried about our stay ,I shouldn't have was absolutely amazing front desk where awesome I became very ill during our trip and couldn't walk they sourced a wheelchair for me for the duration of my stay i was silly and didn't go to er as was our families 1st holiday together . On arrival home I was hospitalised for 8 weeks while I recovered from sepsis I was very lucky this hotel and staff are a credit to ramada that is why we have booked to go again

If this hotel ever charges more than 50 bucks a room, run away. We moved rooms multiple times, they all smelled like mold. After seeing the huge pool of water on the roof of the "inn" area, I believe I know why. The last room had garbage under the bathroom sink, little brown hairs in the shower, and stains on the walls and he'd runner. It was just plain gross. We bought cleaning supplies to fix the issues. The only redeeming quality was that the bed was comfortable

This is exactly what you would expect for a $40 room, absolutely nothing more. It was old and dingy. Somewhat a safe area. I stayed on the bottom floor and my door opened to the pool/courtyard. The room behind me reeked of marijuana. Included are the pictures of the ice bucket cover and tray (pretty gross). The room was clean enough, but I wouldn’t walk on the carpet without shoes or socks on.

We found the Ramada to be quiet and fairly convenient to the international airport. It has a great courtyard area with two pools, an ice cream shop, and a place to show movies. It looks like a great place for families to hang out!
