Not worth the price and the pictures on their website make it seem nicer than it really is. The place is in disrepair. The pool was "broken" our entire visit(which I understand is not in their control) but the area was dirty anyway. The TV remote didn't have a back. The floors, entrances. walls, and pool area were dirty and old. I didn't even try the elevator, so I can't tell you about it. I also thought it was weird that they came into our 2 bed room one day while we were away and made 1 bed, but not the other and didn't clean anything else or give us new towels. They will give us a partial refund for the pool, but first we have to jump through a bunch of hoops, we will see if we actually get it.

Even though my wife and I only live 40 minutes from Branson, we decided to treat ourselves, go to dinner, see a late show, and get a room so we wouldn't have to drive home late that night. Checked in at 3:00, got to the room, TV doesn't work. Tried to call the front desk, phone doesn't work. I went to the lobby, they said cable was out and will be fixed in 2 hours. I said the phone doesn't work, they said "sorry". That was it. We went out for dinner, went to a show, and came back to the room ready to relax and watch some movies. TV still doesn't work, phone still doesn't work. Back to the lobby, sorry, cable is out in some of the rooms. Can you move us to a room where it works? We don't know which rooms work. Seriously, you can't just go in a room, turn on the tv and see if it works? Don't worry, we will be giving discounts when you check out. Great. No tv the rest of the night. Next morning go to check out, we're giving you a discount since there was no tv, $5.67 discount. Wow. that five dollars really makes up for sitting in the room doing nothing. Will definitely never stay here again.

We had a good experience at quality Inn. The room was very clean. The lady serving breakfast was extremely nice and pleasant. We definitely would stay here again. The room did have the modern plug-ins which we do appreciate. The free breakfast was tasty and included cooked eggsrambled and several other offerings.

I am writing this review for my "elderly parents" as the "gentleman" at the front desk referred to them as. My dad is 85 and my mom is 81 and I was appalled when I was told what happened to them at this hotel. My mom is now a bundle of emotions because of this entire experience, not to mention they came home a day early. Anyway, steer clear of this place and if Quality Inn would like to discuss this in more detail I am more than happy to take their call.
