My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the grounds, the restaurants, the golf and the ballroom. We had a blast. The staff was pleasant, the food was great, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and my husband was in love with the orange trees. They aren't ripe enough to eat, but he was able to pick one and eat it. It was super sour, but enjoyed the experience.

Exceptional facility and accommodations. The food and beverage service was exceptional overall and I was there for a conference with over 500 people and the food was extremely organized and good for such a large group. Some collogues and I had dinner one evening at Bob's steak house and it was fabulous. Looking forward to the next trip to this hotel.

"Not renovated and so many issues all around"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

We stayed in room 6512 and for a "newly renovated room" it was just lipstick on a pig (barely... maybe just eyeliner used as lipstick - it's that bad). The room had new furniture and some new art but everything else is old, stinky, and dated like the kitchen and appliances (microwave sounds like a rocketship taking off and about to explode). Bathroom was the worst - faucet handles that moved (weren't caulked in and would move around if you're trying to turn it off/on) and shower door issues and just so old and nasty all around. They didn't bother dusting and the rug was disgusting and smelled horrible. We had asked for a renovated room and paid over $2,000 for it and we got a terrible outdated room and the only good thing was it was quiet which we had requested so that might have been the only good thing goin for us since we have a newborn. Service was also subpar - some people were nice and smiling, however, valet didn't approach us at all when we pulled up to check in. Too busy chit chatting with each other. Not at all the experience that we've had at many other 5-star resorts, front desk were abrasive and answered the phones rudely multiple times. I asked for towels and they actually questioned me why (I didn't bother with housekeeping seeing how dirty the room was so we changed out our own towels and didn't allow them inside during our stay). Terrible hotel and experience. Too bad since we were considering them for future family events as well as a potential company off-site.

    "Best honeymoon getaway"

We stayed 2 nights for a mini honeymoon & it was excellent! Everyone was super helpful & welcoming. We stayed in a very spacious villa with its own private patio. The fireplace was so romantic & the bathtub was big enough for both of us to enjoy. Bobs Steak & Chophouse was such a treat and super delicious. The Vue’s avocado toast with salmon was so great we had it twice. At the Spa I enjoyed a facial & massage & both were fantastic. I wish I could remember their names but I was too relaxed to retain anything. It was very clear both were very experienced & made me feel like they enjoyed their craft. During sunset we enjoyed the gorgeous view from the jacuzzi & pool. It was super romantic. We want to come back on our anniversary now because we had such a great over all experience.
