"Another Great Omni Experience"

Another excellent stay at the Omni. We were greeted by Ashley at the front desk who was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Our room was spotless, quiet (not a game night), and comfortable. The shower made us want to move in permanently. 2 small things but would not stop us from returning: first, self parking is at the main garage for the battery and we were told by the valet we'd have to walk the main driveway to get to and from the hotel. We would have valeted but we needed to access our vehicle for work several times during our stay so keeping our keys was necessary. On checkout we found there was access to the garage from the 3rd floor which would have been much safer. Second is only a big deal if you don't like lavender (we are both allergic to it). All the soap, shampoo, conditioner etc is currently lavender scented so we were a bit stuffy. Fortunately we had some with us. All in all we cant wait to visit again for another great stay.

Omni Battery was a wonderful experience. The hotel was a perfect choice to enjoy all the park has to offer. So many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlour, and community green space. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, day and night. The room was sophisticated and quiet. Food and drink were fresh and above par.

"Genuine Service and a Beautiful Stay at The Battery"

We had an outstanding stay at the Omni Hotel at The Battery. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional and truly set the tone for our visit. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank-you to Antonio at the coffee bar, who made our mornings feel extra special. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make our coffee experience memorable — you can tell he truly loves what he does, and that positive energy starts your day off right. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to an approaching blizzard, but Victoria at the front desk made a stressful situation much easier. She helped us check out quickly and handled everything with kindness, patience, and care, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of The Battery, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and so much to do. It’s easy to get to and an ideal spot whether you’re visiting for a game, a getaway, or just to enjoy the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.
