"Clean, quiet stay"

Clean and very welcoming facility at a great price! Would definitely stay here again! The room was very accommodating and had all the amenities you need in a home away from home. Thank you, Yogi, for a great stay!

"Must be better places to stay"

Thankfully we were only staying for one night. Our sleep was disturbed by vehicles moving around in the night and an incredibly noisy fridge. The room could do with a deep clean and / or some maintenance, e.g. sink was rusty and wardrobe runners were grubby. There was only one bedside cabinet for some reason. The staff member in reception did not seem very welcoming when we checked in. We were at breakfast for about half an hour and no-one replenished the breakfast so no porridge was available in this time. The only upside was proximity to the centre of Fort Bragg and the picture of a beach on the window blind.

"Drive on by..."

Clerk started to assist us then picked up the phone and had a conversation with the caller in another language, while we stood waiting. The check in area had a strong curry odor and I had to get out of there quickly. We were sent to the back lot of the hotel and thought we were in a construction site with all the work vehicles. As we approached our room a woman came out of her room just a few doors away and told me she lived in this hotel and her husband would fix anything that we might find wrong in our room. Not sure why the management or maintenance staff would not be doing that but... She also had a barking dog, that barked at everyone and any noise. Even though there were signs on all the doors indicating no pets allowed. She had her tv on very loud and we had to wear ear plugs to get through the night, between the noisy neighbor and traffic noise, as we had to keep the windows open due to no air conditioning in the room. Furnishings were old and outdated but there was a brand new SMART mirror in the bathroom. Toilet would not flush properly and tv signal was intermittent,

"Not dog friendly as advertised"

The place is clean and renovated. I booked online as a dog friendly hotel. When I arrived, there were "no dog signs" everywhere. They said they would let me stay for another $30 and don't bring dog next time. It wasn't what I call a friendly reception. Just because you changed your policy since I booked, don't let the customer feel this negative vibe.

We stopped here last minute while on vacation. I like a motel where I can park in front of my unit. This is an older motel but has updates. Smelled clean and beds were comfortable. Free light breakfast at office. No a/c but weather was cool and it has ceiling fans which was a major plus. I would definitely stay here again.
