"HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!"

Where do I even begin? This is supposedly a Wyndham property--which makes the sad condition of the property a mystery. The wood/vinyl floors are dark and dingy. There is dried white paint drippings/streaks across the dark wood flooring. The bathroom tile is straight out of the Fifties/Sixties. The bathtub is shower sized and oddly stuck in a corner of the bathroom. The shower curtain gets in the way of taking a shower! The bathroom floor tiles are an inch higher than the wood flooring in the rest of the room. The window frames have Black mold around them, and the window tracks are full of dead insects. The heating is baseboard heaters. I haven't seen anything like that in decades. The thermostat has temperature markings but no set line. So it's impossible to determine what 70F is, for example. The room has a full-sized electric stove/oven in it and a dingy kitchen sink, but no counter space. No pots, pans, plates, dishes, or utensils--or even a place to store them. The desk chair vinyl was worn and torn. The bed frame had steel side panels, which made this "boom" sound every time you accidently touched them with your shoes/feet. I've NEVER seen a bedframe like these. Truly bizarre! I've stayed in numerous cheap hotels before, but NEVER anything as subpar as this one. My only recommendation is to bulldoze this place and start over again!

"Do NOT stay here"

The thin sheets leaving you freezing at night are almost worse than the "service" at the front desk, and the room being the size of a prison cell. For 140 per night, you would expect more than the "handsoap" being passed off at "shampoo" and "body wash"- look at the consistency/color and you will see its all the same. If you are going to waste your money... I HIGHLY recommend you waste it elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague.

"Okay for one night"

I will start with the pros, the motel is close to glass beach and other amenities, and the rooms are clean. There is a fridge and microwave. The cons are, there isn't any heating or air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan, and the bathroom had a window that doesn't have a screen. The front window has two very flimsy screens, and one is bent and it would not feel safe keeping them open at night with two single ladies. There were "locks" to keep them from being slid all the way open as a security measure but one was broken and the replacement just came off. The windows are very old. So we kept all the windows closed at night with the ceiling fan on. Cars can park right up to the building, right outside your window and you can hear the plumbing next door very loudly. The beds and pillows are hard. The bathroom is Circa 1950's. If you need a place to stay for a night, this will work. It was 4th of July weekend, and it was hard to find a room, and prices were high. I wouldn't stay here again.

"Christmas get away"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ocean side suites at fort Bragg and was blown away by the hospitality and exceptional service. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The beach was just steps away, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway! 5 stars without a doubt.
