Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 19 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parking: Self-parking is offered at CAD 28, while valet parking is available at CAD 35. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Pet Policy: Oak Bay Beach Hotel is dog-friendly. The pet fee is $40 per night for the first one and $20 per night for the second. Dogs must weigh under 75lbs, and there's a limit of two per room. Service dogs are welcome, a written confirmation beforehand is required to ensure certification and compliance with BC's Guide and Service Dog Act. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. "Luxury Incarnate"

This place is luxurious in all the ways. Every room is beautifully detailed. Our had a fireplace, heavy wooden furniture, and a gorgeous ocean view. But the real gem is the mineral pools - warm pools overlooking the ocean , with hot tubs and saunas tucked beside. Get your drinks from the pool bar and have a feel of mexico in midwinter Canada.

"Best Girls Trip!"

The hotel is really quite fantastic. A quick drive from everything you want to do in Victoria, plus tons of amenities for when you want to hang out close to a fireplace. We stayed for a girls' weekend, got massages, and enjoyed the mineral pools. Wish I had gotten the name of the bartender that served us Friday Night, he was absolutely fabulous and helpful. Alejandra by the pool was amazing, even if she was completely buried. Wait times for food are a serious drawback, but we had too much for that to matter. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you are planning to eat at one of the restaurants.

The hotel is amazing! The pool is likely the best pool/hotub/sauna setup in Canada ! Food great, rooms nice, very clean. And the cleaning staff was over and above!! The lady that stood out the most at the desk was “Hua”. She was so helpful and nice! Judith was also amazing and Dalton as well! Thank you all. Best staff I’ve seen in all my years of travel !

Great old hotel with lovely views and high tea. Good location, Close to local attractions with parking. Rooms are lovely and clean. Quiet, but a bit overpriced. Great service and variety of amenities.

"Luxury on the ocean"

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. My daughter and I checked in for a few nights. I was greeted by name upon checking in and the service was spectacular. The room was beautiful as was the mineral pools. One regret: the stay at just two nights, was far too short. Classy!
