Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 19 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parking: Self-parking is offered at CAD 28, while valet parking is available at CAD 35. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Pet Policy: Oak Bay Beach Hotel is dog-friendly. The pet fee is $40 per night for the first one and $20 per night for the second. Dogs must weigh under 75lbs, and there's a limit of two per room. Service dogs are welcome, a written confirmation beforehand is required to ensure certification and compliance with BC's Guide and Service Dog Act. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. "We Will Be Back!"

Our stay at Oak Bay Beach Resort was flawless! Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. Our room was spacious, had a breathtaking ocean view, and everything we could have needed. The king bed was very comfortable, as was the bedding. We never left the hotel grounds in three nights and four days! The ambiance was second to none. I enjoyed an incredible spa treatment, and my husband , myself, brother and partner spent most of our time at the mineral pools, hot tubs, while enjoying food and beverages poolside. We also visited each of the restaurants, and the food did not disappoint. I highly recommend the seafood chowder at the Snug Pub, my personal favourite. We had a wonderful 44th wedding anniversary stay, as well as reuniting with my brother and partner. Thank you to Jenny for her hospitality. We appreciated it! We will be back! The O'Briens

"Oak Bay Beach Hotel is a gem!"

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is truly special – the oceanfront views are stunning, and the mineral pools overlooking the water are unforgettable. We could have easily spent our entire stay on the property, between the gorgeous spa, incredible dining (don’t miss the Funghi pizza at FARO or the seafood pasta at The Snug!), and warm, attentive service. The staff was fantastic – welcoming, attentive, and warm. However, I did witness one interaction that surprised me. A sweet couple seemed concerned about the noise level in their room, and the wife politely expressed worry about how it might affect her husband’s health. A staff member named Haley told them there were no other rooms available, but after they left, I overheard her say to a coworker, “That’s how you deal with difficult customers – you give them the worst room we have.” The coworker responded that the guest didn’t seem difficult, just concerned. I agree. I also found Haley to not be super helpful with my girls' trip question as well. While it didn’t affect my own stay, and I’d still absolutely recommend the hotel, it was a jarring moment that stuck with me – especially in an otherwise five-star experience. Overall, Oak Bay is an incredible place to relax, indulge, and enjoy the coast. "Relax the Canadian way"

This is the most relaxed I have experienced at a hotel. The staff is amazing, hands down the best Hotel to stay in. Sitting on your balcony and listening to the water is breathtaking. I will be back and hope to get a round of golf in, not sure if it’s open to the public, but I’m sure someone at the hotel can make it happen.

"Dreamy views and total relax vibes !!"

Visited their mineral pools as a sunrise experience entry they offer to external guests. The people working there are wonderful. Very attentive and warm. The pools and saunas have a wow effect. First there are the views. The sea the wildlife and the mountains make you believe you are in paradise. The facilities are well taken care off and clean. Definitely want to return. The level of relaxation is grand!!

"Beware when booking online"

Beautiful hotel and facilities. However the hotel is targeted by scam third party vendors who charge an additional booking fee some in excess of 200$ - beware all who book! This has a large impact on cancellation or modifications to your reservations. This happened to us at our stay (which was unfortunate as it was my own mistake). When I informed the front desk manager they were well aware of the situation but couldn't care less. What a waste of time it was informing the senior staff that the hotel reputation would suffer due to these scam websites.
