"Wish all the staff provided the same excellent level of customer service as our waiter, Carlos!"

We received exceptional service at breakfast from Carlos. I only wish the rest of the staff at Margaritaville was trained as well as he is in Customer Service. The hostess was also lovely, but I encountered a very rude woman at the front desk and our waitress the next day was also snippy. The staff did a great job on the wedding I attended. Rooms were noisy, but comfortable.

Taylo our waitress asked me if I wanted to crab ham or bacon on my eggs bennidict as if it were available without an upcharge so I said sure only to get my check and discover there was an additional charge. When I asked her about it, she said well it was on the menu so too bad for me. Like it was my fault. Very unhappy very unprofessional.
