"Don’t recommend -spend a little extra to get some sleep and clean room."

If you NEED your sleep don’t stay here, you hear everything above you and next door. People above us started doing laps at 6 am and dropping stuff. Room 120 Floor of plastic bathtub was cracked and had some give to it. Glad I brought Lysol wipes with I had to clean the bathroom and remove several hairs from the tub and shower curtain left by previous guests. The check in was lacking. The breakfast was good.

The location was easy to find off of the interstate. The hotel is very clean. Front desk attendant was very polite and accommodating in providing restaurant advice. The king room is ample space and the bed is firm yet comfortable. Pillows are amazing 👏. Shower had great pressure but and odd size tub. Great overall value and I will be staying again.

Background, moved to MN in 2016. Apple Velley/Burnsville/Lakeville area, mostly Burnsville until COVID uprooted my life. Worked in trades doing a lot of out of town work, so week long stays at all sorts of hotels around the state. My personal favorite; Hiliday Inn Ecpress. Good rooms, clean, work, HOT breakfast, good staff. I just experienced LivINN a couple weeks ago. Local, and honesty, right there with Holiday Inn Express, just like $60 cheaper. If I HAD to knit-pick, and this is really stretching, they had tile work done in the bathrooms, and it has not-done-by-professionals written all over it. THAT IS THE HARSHEST I CAN BE. The only reason I even bring it up is because there is nothing else wrong here, so I had to search to find ONE thing. It’s a REALLY good hotel, very friendly and professional staff. I see absolutely no reason to chose any other hotel in not just Burnsville, but I would highly recommend this hotel over anything, anywhere with 20 miles. Easy.
