"Great experience every time"

Love love love this hotel. I have stayed here about 4 times and let me tell you every stay has been spectacular. I has a scare this most recent stay where I thought I left my ring in the room and someone may have taken after I left. I ended up finding my ring at home but let me tell you Matt Cooper with security took the issue very seriously and went above and beyond to investigate. The staff is always kind and the rooms anre always stellar. By far my favorite hotel in the area. I. Fiodembo

Came here for a business conference and was impressed with how nice the property is. Location is awesome - smack in between the football and baseball stadiums, with Texas Live (big hangout location with a bunch of places to eat) immediately next door. Staff was friendly but didn't go out of their way to do anything extra. I had a view of the AT&T stadium which was amazing. Room was cozy but well set up. Bed was great - really comfy with nice bedding and pillows. Lots of USB ports. Only complaint, and it's not unique to this hotel - the water pressure in the shower was terrible. I understand the effort to try to conserve water, but when it takes me three times as long to rinse off, I doubt if it's actually saving any water at all! That said, I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

Great place to stay if going to AT&T or Globe Life stadium. Clean nice room with comfortable bed. Great sports bar with good food right beside hotel. Walking distance to AT&T

DO NOT STAY HERE. The customer service is not good. Beware of the website that looks like the hotels main website but it is a third arty that charges 3x’s the hotels rate. It took 45 minutes for the manager to come back and tell me he couldn’t do anything for us. He said his hands were tied and just couldn’t help out. There are plenty of other hotels near the stadiums to not stay at Live by Lowe’s. A better customer service minded hotel could have and would have made it right.
