Our family of four stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel. It was a busy time at Christmas holiday. Check in process was quick and the hotel itself had plenty of activities for kids to do. The room itself is small but kids liked their bunk beds and their own small lego play area in their bedroom. Main bed was not very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. The shower/bath curtain couldn't be closed completely so water would always get out. But overall stay was pleasant and kids had a good time!

Not worth the hype. Overrated. Went for New Years Eve and due to the rain we had to spend most of the day and the subsequent day at the hotel. Minimal activities for guests and kids ( activities were from 5:30pm-8:30pm). Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Avoid! Poor customer service! Bunk beds not drilled to wall and tip over hazard! Manager izzie didn’t care and very poor experience and no customer service skills and no one open to feedback, beware!
