Can adults visit LEGOLAND Discovery Center without any children?Adults must be accompanied by a child (17 and under) to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus.
Can children visit the center without an adult?All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
What is the best time to visit?To ensure guests have the best experience possible, LEGOLAND Columbus limits the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online.
What if we are late for our reserved time?Due to capacity limits, LEGOLAND Columbus asks all guests to arrive as close to their reserved entrance time as possible. Guests that are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation may experience a longer than usual wait time, or may not be able to enter the attraction on their busiest days.
Are visits guided?Families are encouraged to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless caring for babies or food allergies in children. Guests are encouraged to enjoy fresh foods and snacks, as well as coffee beverages and ice-cold sodas at their in-house cafe.
Is the center suitable for visitors with disabilities / wheelchair users?Yes, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. Rides do, however, require the guest to transfer to the ride vehicle. Assistance may be provided by guests visiting in the same party. Also, sensory headphones are available for check-out at the admissions desk upon request.
Are the staff trained in first aid?Yes. They ensure that there are always staff members at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus who are trained in first aid.
Are there facilities available for very young children?LEGOLAND Columbus is stroller-friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.
Is there parking?Parking is available in the West Garage attached to the Station Building. Entrances can be found on Easton Loop West and Gramercy Street. All non-metered parking is free.
