We arrived into town late and this looked like a reasonable place to stay. We were going to be in town for three days. We requested a room on the 1st floor as my wife has mobility issues due to two (2) hip replacements. We were told that we could only have a 1st floor room for only one night as the first two floors ( only had 4 floors) were for guests with pets. Since it was late, we took a room on the 3rd floor. We used the elevator, which smelled of dogs, to get to our room. Had there been a situation where the elevators could not be used i.e. an EMERGENCY we would have had to use the stairs, which would have been problematic for my wife with her condition. We must make sure that the pets are on the lower floors so they can make is safely out before the PEOPLE DO. For the three days that we were there, we were CONSTANTLY being barked at and accosted by dogs either in the lobby or on the elevator. The people that would take their dogs out to do "their business" would allow them to relieve themselves in the land scaping and even on the nice flower pots at the entrance to the hotel. How can this be appealing to potential guests. My wife also has a medical condition that requires her to take a blood thinner. The night before we checked out, she bled a little on the bed sheet. We were charged an additional $50 dollars due to this. I guess I should have charged THEM $50 for having to endure the animal "stench" in the elevators. This was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this place to ANYONE unless you feel the need to stay in a dog kennel.

Hotel was very comfortable. Easy to get to, very quiet inside & out in the evening so we got a very restful nights sleep. Only down side no restaurants within walking distance. Other than that, great value.

Hotel is decent. Not the cleanest LaQuinta I’ve been to. Looked like some maintenance needed to be done. Free breakfast. They had to replenish several things, must’ve been a busy morning. They ran out of coffee before breakfast was over. Hotel was pet friendly so that’s a huge bonus. Overall, not a bad stay, just average.

The front desk was usually empty, the pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom, the timer on the jacuzzi was broken, dirty mop water bucket left at elevator, dog pee in lobby, found a bug in the bed.
