Great staff, perfect location but hallways and rooms could be cleaner. The lobby is clean and bright and the breakfast area is large. Second lobby has a great flyer rack with all of the areas attractions, there is so much to do in Colonial Williamsburg.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We arrived around 11:00pm, maybe a little later. There is not enough parking in lighted areas. I was scared to get out of my car in the back because it was a bit sketchy. We went up to the room and the hall smelled of pure cat urine. In the room, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, dried urine on the side of the toilet and poop on the comforter on one of the beds. One of the first floor hallways was flooded and yet they rented those rooms and didn’t close off the hallway. There was absolutely NOWHERE else to stay in the area because of various events going on. Due to traveling and having an elderly person with me, we had no choice but to stay one night. They claimed they didn’t even have an extra blanket to provide. I was so disgusted having to sleep there for 5 min. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. The health department needs to look at this place and shut them down.

Not Good. Can't recommend this La Quinta hotel at all. The hall outside of our room had water soaking the carpet, our room needed to be painted and cleaned. No daily cleaning or trash removal during our stay. So bad we ended our trip a full day early rather than spend a third night even though we had a non-refundable rooms rate.

The Eggplant & Brussel Sprouts were quite tasty, the half pitcher of Sangria was delicious &'worth $24.00 The Paella was awful. The chorizo was super fatty with hard chunks in it. The shrimp was good. The rice was tasteless.. Told the waitress & she said oh, sorry. Really. Disappointing!

this place SUCKED the room was FILTHY and that is an understatement. First there was literal mold in the bathroom. Trash, PUBIC HAIRS, and feces. When we walked in after the first time it smelt like an animal had died plus ball sack. we got back after the room cleaning and they only fluffed the pillows. After that I went to the bathroom for the first time and there was poop 😭. As i was leaving from this crazy experience it smell more and more like trash. I honestly believe the workers HAVE to be getting payed close to nothing to act like this. My whole stay i only saw one worker who looked like they actually cared about the place. On top of that the doors slammed and locked with a bang. overall would not recommend.
