"Avoid this hotel"

Avoid this hotel ! My family and I were required to stay at this hotel for our son's hockey tournament. This hotel is in the process of renovations, and very outdated and run down. The staff is rude and unattentive, they do not acknowledge the room requests. The outlet in our bathroom was not functioning. I believe the construction workers are consuming the breakfast that should be made available to the paying guest. I was not checked out until the day after I handed my keys in and left the hotel. When I called the hotel to see why I had not been checked out the front desk attendant left me on hold for 38 minutes and then just hung up the phone without returning to the line. My husband even called when I had been on hold for 28 minutes to see why she was not assisting me and she advised I needed to calm down. I reached out to management in regard to the checkout situation, he emailed me back stating he would look into it and two days later I have not heard back. Other families from our hockey team experience several issues from not having any hot water in their room as well as not having towels or pillows made available to them. Avoid this hotel and let your hockey community know to remove it from the stay to play a list of required hotels.

Don't stay here. Place is under construction with no consideration to the guest. Had the worst nice sleep, wall paper coming off the walls, heating system did not work.

"Wonderful location to get to the Big E and great staff."

Stayed at La Quinta in Springfield exhibiting at Equine Affaire at the Big E. Super location, room had everything we needed. I had many items for the event sent directly to the hotel. Nyah (on the front desk) had everything ready for me when I arrived. She was very helpful throughout our stay. When it was time to go, Robert brought scales to the lobby so we could weigh our luggage to make sure we were under the limit. Flying in to trade shows isn't easy but Nyah and Robert did a great job making our stay very enjoyable.

Big room, very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast, and amazing staff. Had three little ones with me and the had a blast from swimming in the pool to the arcade, and dancing in the room.

"Nice Hotel, Close to downtown "

This hotel is nice and it has a nice indoor pool as well as a game room. The staff is very nice. I stayed here when WWE RAW was in town and it's very convenient to get to Mass Mutual Center. Its also not far from the MGM Casino. If I was in Springfield I would definitely stay here again. Dunkin Doughnuts was next door and that was convenient as well. Its definitely close to downtown.
