This has been one of the best LaQuinta’s we have stayed. The room was fabulous- super clean- great location - breakfast better than any other places— had great topping for oatmeal or yogurt. Would absolutely stay here again.

We love staying here every time we come to Pigeon Forge. The hotel is very clean, has very comfortable beds, ample parking and a great breakfast!! Our room has always been extremely clean and smells so fresh. You would not ever know any pet had stayed in the room. We also love the high water pressure in the shower! We always travel with our little Shitzu, Phoebe and we always feel so welcome!! The General Manager, Mike is the nicest, most friendly guy who always provides the BEST customer service!! We highly recommend this hotel we would not stay anywhere else!

Hotel and staff were great. Discovered this by accident our last stay. Not much of a view, since its set back from the main road but super quiet. Was a good price for when we stayed compared to others. There are two downsides to be aware of however. We are older with light mobility issues, and the toilets are super short. If you have trouble getting up, just be aware this is an issue. On the same note, the tub is an older metal tub, and there is ZERO anti slip protection in the tub, so be careful with that. Overall though was a great place to stay and a good value. Oh, on the view, we had a room facing towards Dollywood on the top floor, and we could see the fireworks from the room.
