    I stayed at this hotel for three days, from Friday the 3rd to the 6th, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The most shocking moment happened one night around 10 PM. Without any prior notice, the receptionist, Tony, suddenly turned off the lobby lights and yelled, “It is quiet time!”, leaving everyone in the lobby confused and uncomfortable. At first, I thought he might just be having a bad day. However, the next day I discovered unexpected charges on my credit card. When I went to the front desk to ask for an explanation, that’s when I realized he truly does not know how to treat customers. Not only was he unable to explain the charges, but he also told me, “You are not listening,” which was incredibly disrespectful. He completely ruined my stay. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude receptionist. To make matters worse, I didn’t have clean towels at one point. Honestly, I didn’t even want to go back to the lobby because I didn’t want to run into the receptionist again, but I truly needed them. When I finally went to ask for clean towels, he told me that in order to get new ones, I had to personally bring my dirty towels and place them in a bin near the lobby. At first, I thought he was joking, but he just stood there waiting for me to go get them before he would give me clean ones. Unbelievable. On Sunday, I noticed additional charges on my account, so I went to the front desk again. This time, there was a female receptionist who was very kind and professional. However, she was unable to explain the charges and told me she did not have the authorization to cancel them or issue any refunds. She advised me to come back early Monday morning to speak with the manager. I originally planned to leave at 6:00 AM, but I waited until 7:30 AM just to speak with the manager, which was clearly a mistake. When I finally saw him, he told me he could not assist me because he would not be available until 9:00 AM. There was no effort to accommodate my situation. Overall, this was the worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I strongly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

    My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the overall condition of the facilities did not meet acceptable standards. The room was unclean, and the presence of roaches was completely unacceptable. There was no housekeeping service provided during my entire stay. Fresh towels were only available if you went downstairs to request them, which is not reasonable for guests. Additionally, the room keys deactivated daily, creating unnecessary inconvenience. The fitness room was also in poor condition, with broken and unsanitary equipment. I sent a detailed email to the manager requesting a response or a call back, but have yet to hear anything. The contact information provided was unhelpful, as it directed me back to the front desk, and the email listed did not lead to any resolution. Given the amount paid for this stay, the level of service and cleanliness fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    I made a reservation under a sports block from Thursday, 4/2 through Sunday, 4/5 .Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I arrived around 4:00 AM after a 10-hour drive, hoping to rest, but the room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, stained, and clearly not properly cleaned. On top of that, the A/C unit was making loud, constant noises, making it impossible to sleep. Because of this, I had no choice but to check out the same morning—before 9:00 AM—and move to another hotel. At checkout, the front desk associate assured me that checking out early would not be an issue and that I would be refunded for the remaining nights. However, since then, I have called the hotel more than seven times with no response. I even returned in person, where another associate (Tony, if I recall correctly) informed me that he could not assist, that the system still shows me as checked in, and that he was unable to process a checkout or refund. This lack of cleanliness, poor room condition, and complete breakdown in customer service is unacceptable. I am still being shown as checked in despite not having stayed there since Friday morning, and I have yet to receive any resolution.

    We paid $170 per night because it was part a room block for a volleyball tournament no worth that money online you can get a night for $60 which it makes more sense for the room types, horrible experience bathroom have mold in the ceiling, the shower head have mold, the sink faucet water doesn’t go down fast, questionable cleanest of the towels and bed sheets.
