"Guest Complaint"

This property is in a desperate need of renovation. It’s very old and worn, from the front entrance, breakfast area, furniture, the rooms , stains on light fixtures, mold in bedroom in and around tub area. The room next to mine had a pet and barked my entire stay. I called down to front desk, the attendant informed me that she was unaware that they had a pet inside the room. Mold was through out the bathroom. I was very disappointed in my overall experience.

Tony the check in clerk was nothing but rude. Talk to guest like we are children and threaten to cancel our reservation if we spoke out . Not a good way to run a hotel. Never will stay here again. Give my business to another chain. I truly hope you can correct this

"FRAUDULENT/ILLEGAL CHARGES"

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I was double charged above and beyond an outstanding claim for damages my driver caused by the manager for not providing insurance information to the front desk before checking out. I don't drive and I don't even have any insurance to provide to them. When I called to reverse the charges on my credit card, not only did they refuse to do so, they wouldn't even provide me with the full name of the manager that double charged me above and beyond the claim between driver and hotel. THEY ARE OVERBILLING WITH FRAUDULENT CHARGES - I WILL NEVER STAY WITH ANY LA QUINTA/WYNDHAM HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT AS WELL - THEY WILL FIND ANY REASON TO CHARGE YOU MORE, EVEN ILLEGALLY!

"Weekend baseball game."

Not the Ritz, but not Motel 6 either. Great place for catching a baseball game, shuttle service each way $10. Magnetic keys seem to be a problem, unsure if stadium scanners caused the problem. Tub, shower all worked with plenty of HOT water. Breakfast is OK. Rooms were clean. Good value for the dollar.
