"Perfect Wedding Weekend at the Kimpton Sawyer"

We chose the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and it could not have been a better experience. The wedding was held at the Library Galleria just a couple of blocks away, so the location was ideal for our guests and bridal party. I booked the penthouse suite (absolutely GORGEOUS) with Devika, who made the process so simple and stress-free. We also reserved a king bedroom suite and two standard rooms, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The penthouse suite was the perfect space for the bride and her party to get ready—it comfortably fit the bride, 7 bridesmaids, 4 flower girls, a makeup artist, 3 hair stylists, and 2 photographers, all with room to spare! The balcony and open layout made for a beautiful, relaxed environment on such a special day. Check-in with Emilee was a breeze—she was so kind and took the time to explain all the amenities. The bellmen (Michael, Fernando, Juan, and Nick) went above and beyond, making sure all of our luggage, wedding supplies, and personal items got to the right rooms and then back down to our cars after the weekend. Their attentiveness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The Kimpton Sawyer exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect home base for such an important occasion, and we are so grateful to the staff who helped make the weekend so memorable. Highly recommend!

"First impression starts at valet"

When you are greeted by Josef at the Kimpton Sawyer, it is the first impression of elite service at this property. The front desk manager Amar and his team made checkin smooth for our group. Meeting rooms were comfortable and food was always fresh thanks to Michele and her banquet team. At the end of our day, we were always greeted with a smile from Jim, the beverage director at Social Hour in the beautiful lobby.

"Phenomenal customer service."

Firstly, I’d like to start with the fact that I’ve stayed at this hotel previously, it’s a great hotel with a good ambience and an overall exceptional experience. But this time upon check in, I was met by a woman named Noel. this front desk clerk went above and beyond, she made sure that I was able to check in. She went above and beyond in every aspect to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. I wish there was more people like Noel at hotel check-in to make your experience feel so welcoming! Hopefully Noel will get a chance to read this, she’s an amazing employee, and it was a pleasure meeting her!

"Nice getaway in Sacramento"

Visited with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway from San Francisco. Upon arrival the reception offered us rose and gave us an orientation of the hotel and a welcome map. The receptionist pointed out my Diamond membership and gave us complimentary breakfast through in room dining. When we arrived in the room and two bottles of sparkling water and a small but delicious desert was waiting with a welcome card. The room was clean but the furniture was warped and it looked like the room could use some love. It wasn’t horrible, but not luxury in my opinion, due to its condition. We used the bikes for a quick spin— they need a refresh. Electric bikes would be awesome! The pool was great— we just wish it was a little less crowded. Also, I wish your bottled water was in glass bottles, not plastic. I have to say, whoever trains the reception is doing a fabulous job. The team delivered world class service. My girlfriend and I felt VIP VIP =] Keep up the great work ! We look forward to our next visit. Tom & Cindy
