The elegantly designed five-star rooms and suites feature modern amenities, and private balconies with serene views, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay. Guests can take advantage of various on-site amenities, including a heated indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a restaurant.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 19 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parking: Self-parking is available for CAD 26 plus tax per night. EV charging station is available on-site.

Pet Policy: Guests are welcome to bring their pets, who will enjoy a doggie bed, bowls, and welcome cookies. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in the hotel and in a crate if left unattended in the room. The "Pampered Pet" fee is $30 CAD per night, up to $90 CAD for every 7 nights. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Needs a room refresh/reno..."

The hotel staff, grounds, view, lobby, restaurant are all utterly beautiful. The problem comes in the room and even hallways. We stayed 1 night, for a special occasion and the rooms require a MAJOR update/overhaul. Spending $500+/night, and getting a room that is so outdated, is unacceptable and certainly kills the romance. The Bathroom was really old/nasty/dirty. Popcorn ceiling, old worn out furniture, & carpets. When you roll up, it gives the feeling of luxury and elegance, until you get into the room. Then, it feels like a Motel 6. Some investment in this area would bring this hotel to one of the best in Victoria.

The hotel is located near the sea with great view. Spacious rooms and a delicious restaurant called the Aura. However, the most scenery place is the ballroom with astonishing view but always reserved to either weddings or business meetings. So, you cannot enjoy having a meal with a marvelous view if you have come privately. Our room was located on the ground floor with a very little view unfortunately. Although we mentioned the importance of the view to us, could not get a satisfactory answer. Moreover this ground floor rooms open to the garden but they do not have a splatter. Our toom did not have an A/C but an ancient verison of a fan working with a lot of noise.

"Home away from home"

As always, this is a magical place. The rooms and views are gorgeous, the service impecable, and the team friendly, professional and helpful. It’s walking distance from much of what Victoria had to offer, yet it seems set apart as if an oasis.

"Wonderful facility BUT!"

My niece and I just spent 4 nights at this hotel So many pluses but one BIG MINUS! Despite the lovely building, views, wonderful staff and great food, our trip was tainted by the lack of a working exhaust fan in the bathroom!! It was obviously evident that there had been one but for whatever reason was taken out (the opening was there and the switches were disabled). We reported it to the front desk on our first night and a young maintenance man came and sprayed air freshener! We also reported it at checkout! Very disappointing

"A perfect stay"

A perfect stay. My 2 giant breed dogs and I stayed over due to a medical appointment for my Leonberger. The dog friendly room was great . It was really comfortable for the 3 of us with a fabulous bathroom and a garden outlook. There were dog bowls, cookies, dog walk maps and dog beds provided. There is also a lovely on leash walk right by the hotel along the water. The staff were, without exception, excellent: friendly and welcoming. The Duo coffee shop is great and the overnight oats are the best I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend a visit with or without dogs!
