The elegantly designed five-star rooms and suites feature modern amenities, and private balconies with serene views, ensuring a relaxing and memorable stay. Guests can take advantage of various on-site amenities, including a heated indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a restaurant.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 19 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parking: Self-parking is available for CAD 26 plus tax per night. EV charging station is available on-site.

Pet Policy: Guests are welcome to bring their pets, who will enjoy a doggie bed, bowls, and welcome cookies. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in the hotel and in a crate if left unattended in the room. The "Pampered Pet" fee is $30 CAD per night, up to $90 CAD for every 7 nights. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

"Better options for a vacation stay in Victoria"

We checked in late with high hopes of staying at a new lace in Victoria. We got a room on floor 1 the should have had a nice view but the seal in the window was broken and the widow was foggy. The room also had weird smell and some stains on the bed that I suspect were animal urine. We had planned to stay 2 nights but checked out and found a better hotel.

We got a good view of the harbor. We took a ferry going to Victoria, the hotel was a short walk from the terminal. Good location for points of interest such as Fisherman's Wharf, Parliament Building etc.

A great hotel in a lovely place. Rooms were excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. We loved our stay. Good parking on site. Excellent view from our room. Loved Victoria itself.

A really great place to stay- good sized rooms nicely furnished. Great beds. The hotel location is excellent looking out on to the water. The staff were very helpful.

Absolutely perfect location relative to where the clipper from Seattle drops you off. Beautiful location right on the waterfront. Supposedly all the rooms have waterfront views and we certainly got one with a view. Hotel was mostly clean and well maintained. You could tell it has seen some wear and rear throughout the years and I noticed some spider webs/cobwebs in the corners around the windowa. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacitans comfortable too. In hotel restaurant has some excellent food too! Would definitely stay again if returning to Victoria 😊
