"A PBS slideshow would have been better DON’T GO"

I cannot believe how bad the Las Vegas van Gogh experience was. I believe it was only 30 to 35 minutes long and basically was a slideshow of partial van Gogh paintings. It was supposed to be an immersive experience, but it was so far from that… calling it "immersive" is almost fraudulent. For two tickets it was $200. What a rip off. My wife and I have been to the van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, and that was 10,000% better. I cannot believe that people/companies can get away with selling tickets to a slideshow of van Gogh paintings and get by with it. Besides the show being so bad we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get in because of "technology" problems. Having now seen the show I know there was no technology so I’m not sure how it could’ve broken. Maybe the slide projector lost a bulb. Why didn’t someone warn us. My words of wisdom are "DON’T GO".

This is THE reason we planned our vacation to Vegas. We made reservations before we left home. We needed to reschedule and there is a place on the web site to do that, but it only would let me reschedule if I was in Toronto. We missed our time, but did get that resolved with little difficulty - that was the only drawback. It was amazing to see the art. I enjoyed the music they had. The images were on the floor as well as the walls. Oh wow! You go into a big room that has some benches - you can use those or sit on the floor. I wouldn't recommend walking around or standing. Staying in one place really lets you look around and see everything. I probably would have fallen down if I was standing, just because you want to look everywhere. It was beautiful.

"Unprofessional Anti-Customer Experience!"

There is MAJOR confusion with the address which MADE US LATE BY 10mins... and the show is only 30mins long!! They don't tell you that it's located "inside The Shops at Crystals - 3rd floor" so when you click on the address from the calendar invitation, email, e-tickets (3720 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas) the Google Maps pin is ACROSS THE STREET. We were running around frantically and when we finally arrived, the doorman said "yes that happens a lot." SO WHY DON'T YOU CORRECT THIS and give more detailed location information for YOUR CUSTOMERS to arrive on time?! So incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.
