We were assigned to a room having very strong smell of bleach. Upon request, the staff provided a fan to address the issue, but it does not work well. Sleeping in that room makes us feel headache. We were told to cancel the reservation if wanted because they do not have other options which is very unprofessional. We've never had such experience staying at Hyatt before.

Room was not ready even at 6 pm. Asked to come back at 630. I am surprised checkin time was 4 pm. Reason I was given was they were late on housekeeping. I think that's min expectation of a hotel to be timely for housekeeping. I can understand delay of 10-20 min post checkin time, but 2.5hrs is not acceptable. This indicates incorrect cost cutting Hyatt place is my preferred one in my travels, but with such experience I will give second thought next time
