"Hyatt needs to do better to maintain reputation"

Not a good experience for being a Hyatt brand. My first room had someone else in it when i entered. The next room had bed bugs. The last room was handicapped because they had nothing else. The place is rundown and in need of major renovation. The breakfast is not so good and the elevator stopped working a few times. The second elevator is permanently closed leaving only the stairs for a 6 story building. The female assistant night manager has a bad attitude. There is a new manager who is very nice and responsive. Hopefully he will be able to turn the place around but will need assistance from district and upper management. I would not recommend staying here in its present condition especially since there are other hotels in the same price range within walking distance.

"Worst Hyatt Experience in 20 years."

By far and away the worst Hyatt location I have ever been. I have been a loyal Hyatt member for over 20 years. Never been treated this poorly at a Hyatt location. The hotel was also not clean, the breakfast was subpar, and the staff at the front desk at check in treated me as if he was annoyed he had to deal with me after I was given a room someone else was staying in. Would not stay here again.

"Worn out"

Hotel is worn out and apparently they will not take care of it. Staffs is great, but product is becoming terrible. Have stayed here multiple times a year for 10 years, but not anymore until it is updated

"Not bad, and walkable to mall"

I went for one night. I chose this particular hotel because of the free shuttle and proximity to the Meow Wolf. Staff was enthusiastic and professional, I was welcomed and my room looked good. That evening I came back and had wine at the lobby bar, and ordered some food. The food was as expected, but it came out in little wax to-go placeboard boxes, which made it slightly difficult to eat at the lobby bar. It would have been nice to have plates or silverware or napkins with the food. I went to the breakfast area and got napkins. Also I found out in the morning that my shower head was not working properly and so did not get to have a shower. No big deal just one night. I let the morning manager know so they could fix it for future guests. I would stay here again. The free shuttle was great, you have to call them to get your initial pick up; and at the front desk you should schedule your return to the airport in advance. It was close proximity to the mall and to different types of foods. And I would recommend Meow Wolf, it was very interesting.

This hotel appears to need some serious attention. There was visible water damage on the ceiling, walls, and furniture, along with heavy floor staining and residue.
