"Poor Service was"

My family and I stayed her for 2 days after driving 10.5 hours. The tvs didn’t work after having the engineer come out multiple times on both days. Pool is not heated nor a hot tub. Wouldn’t provide clean towels or sheets due to housekeeping on going around every 2 days.

Overall good location. Rooms could use some updated furniture but are nice and spacious. The shuttle is a nice way to get to Truist Park but staff won't tell you there is a charge to use it.

VERY nice, clean, well maintained with FABULOUS 2 room suites with SO much room and the best hotel bathroom! Breakfast was included, and most definitely superior to others! Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It looks as though it hasn’t been updated in quite some time. Hotel room was incredibly dirty and carpet was so worn the pattern couldn’t be seen in spots. The shower had spots of mold and dust was in several places. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Not the cleanest rooms. Pool area wasn’t very clean and people let their kids act crazy. Not baby friendly. Best thing was breakfast and full kitchen
