Checked in this afternoon. The gentleman checking us in made us feel so welcome. Super friendly. Told us about the hot spots to hit later this evening. Definitely check them out after a drink or two at the pool bar first. Thank you Vincent!

First time staying in Tampa and the location is fantastic. This is a nice gem. The hotel associates exhibited top notch hospitality. Vincent promptly greeted us with a smile and checked us in with ease. He even allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated from a long drive up north. The bar and pool area were lively but not overwhelming. And talk about a walkable location! Now the rooms are a bit dated and maybe not as modern as the Aloft next door, but what it does have is balconies with a killer view of the river!

Hotel and pool were great. Would like to give a special recognition to Lorenzo at the front desk. Had a couple of interactions with him during our stay and he was very professional and helpful. Two thumbs way up!!

This hotel had a lot going for it! The front desk (Vincent) was very friendly and helpful The location is excellent. On the Riverwalk near many popular places and the free trolley which can take you to many more. The rooms have balconies which overlook the river or city. The room was large with very good tv and a balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice pool area on the river. On the other hand, there were signs that maintenance and management could be improved There were no bed bogs on the mattress, but there were stale breadcrumbs. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up unless you held onto it. The bolt lock for the door didn’t work. There were chips in the plaster on some walls. A sloppy paint job left drips on the carpet. The table had numerous dark scratches.
