Hotel Tampa Riverwalk in Tampa, FL

I love this place the atmosphere is so beautiful landscape is gorgeous the rooms are so clean the beds are cozy and comfortable great window view overlooking the water TV cable was absolutely amazing the staff all the maids was amazing they have it inside bar outside bar with absolutely anything you want to drink at great prices nearby attractions with food sightseeing amusement parks local rideshares rentals fishing this place is absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make sure that everything that you have is up to par and up to your standards thank you you guys rock

Had a wonderful day at the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk. We spent most of our time down at the pool bar enjoying the company of a bartender named Joseph. He made our time even more special by being so kind. Our room was lovely, with a view of the Riverwalk and the gym was ani e extra touch. Will definitely be returning for another stay in the new year!

Joseph was awesome. Very friendly and great vibe and funny. He shared some places nearby we could check out. Would definitely hang out again if he was here.

Amazing view the best service by Joseph the drink was amazing!!! Right up my alley!. The drink was a gin with fresh strawberries so fresh they.must have been from Naturipe farms!

I regret not paying closer attention to the reviews before reserving our stay at the Hotel Tampa Riverwalk. We arrived late in the evening, around 8:30 p.m., after a long day of travel. At first, the valet and the front desk attendant gave us a warm welcome. They were both friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The lobby itself looked inviting with the Christmas decorations and briefly reassured us we had made a good choice. Unfortunately, that positive impression faded the moment we stepped off the elevator. The hallway leading to our room smelled musty, the walls were stained, and the carpet were torn and worn down. It was the same in our room: stains on the walls and the chair, and we discovered a few ants crawling in the bed. Hoping to salvage the evening, we went down to the hotel restaurant for a quick bite since it was late and we had a very flight the next morning. To our surprise, the lights were off, and the staff informed us they were out of basic items like buns. It was a disappointing end to an already frustrating arrival. They only good thing is we found a great grilled cheese restaurant around the corner. While I truly appreciated the kindness of the valet team and front desk staff, as well as the initial charm of the lobby, the overall condition of the hotel left us wishing we had chosen differently. Had we arrived earlier in the day, I would have walked straight over to the Hilton Downtown just a block away. One of the reasons I selected this location was because it was part of the Hilton brand. As a Hilton Honors member I am surprised this hotel is part of the Hilton brand.
