Ally at the bar took care of the whole wedding party, 15+ people at a time with a warm and welcoming attitude. All questions were answered and all needs were handled! Of all the staff on duty, she made the girls feel like they can come to her with any problem! Would come back just for the service. With love, Gillette party

Come to Tampa to visit and experience Riverwalk and this hotel has an amazing view, and the beautiful sunset are so amazing. The receptionist Vincent provided a great costumer service and was very respectful.
