"Wonderful"

The late 10:30pm. check in was fast and efficient. Once we were in our nice clean room I realized that my passport was missing!!!! I was in a complete panic. I checked with the valet service but they didn’t find it on the ground! It must have slipped out of my purse when I paid the taxi driver. Of course I couldn’t remember the taxi that brought us here to Riverwalk. My saving grace named Jose Ezequiel at the front desk, as he tried to calm me down and gave me the managers email as she would have access to the cameras! I was leaving on a cruise the day after so we only had one day and it was a Saturday so everything was closed! After many calls from my room, to taxi services I got nowhere. . Valentina the manager wouldn’t be in until the next day to review the cameras to view the taxi we arrived in! Of course I couldn't sleep that night even though the pillow was excellent and soft. Valentina was in at 10am. At 10:10 am she was on it! Jose and her reviewed the film and found the taxi! It was the first taxi service I called but they had no logins about it!!!’ Sure enough we got ahold of the driver! I was so lucky, it was on the floor of the taxi! He immediately brought it to me. So lucky he was still working that day. But Valentina was so lovely and calming towards me! Such great service. Only then could I eat in the breakfast in the restaurant! Great coffee along with everything else in there! What a wonderful day it turned out to be. Met some lovely people at the pool too. So all in all a great stay at the Riverwalk. Forever grateful to Jose and Valentina. Just as a side note we stayed there using the facilities after the cruise was over. Excellent stay.

Great location near everything downtown. Easy access to the riverwalk. Hotel bar is right on the water and Joseph took good care of us.
