"**Do Not Stay in Room 215 — Management Is Aware of the Problem and Still Books It**"

I was checked into Room 215, which the front desk referred to as an “upgrade” due to its corner location. In reality, it was anything but. This room faces a *bright, flashing street lamp* just outside the window. Despite having blackout shades, the light pulsed through all night, making the room feel like a nightclub. After an hour of trying to sleep through it, I gave up and asked to be moved. At that point, I was told by the front desk that this is a **known issue**—in fact, several other guests had complained about the same problem just within the past week. The fact that the hotel continues to place guests in this room (and others like it, ending in “15”) is baffling and unacceptable. What made this especially frustrating was the timing. I had just come off a full day of travel and work, and all I wanted was to rest. Instead, past midnight, I had to pack up *everything*—laptop, toiletries, suitcase, and personal items—and relocate to another room. It was disruptive, exhausting, and completely avoidable had management simply taken this room out of circulation until the issue was resolved. The next morning, I realized I had left an item of clothing in the first room. When managers Chris and Justin helped retrieve it, they barely offered an apology for the inconvenience. At checkout, I asked if any compensation would be offered and was told to follow up with them directly. I did, and Justin offered 5,000 Marriott points—an unreasonably low gesture given the disruption and the price point of this hotel. When I pushed back, he said he’d get back to me. I never heard from him again. This situation reflects a lack of accountability and basic customer care. If you value a good night’s sleep and professional service, **do not stay in Room 215—or any room ending in 15—until management takes action.*

"Nice hotel"

The hotel is nice and unique. When I booked it I thought it was near the courthouse not converted to a hotel from old courthouse. It is unique and nice. Not sure if all the rooms have high ceiling but I liked that. Made for a comfortable nice short stay. Lobby and check in could use some upgrade work as it is very plain and basic for a nice hotel.

"Dream Wedding Ceremony"

I had my wedding ceremony this past weekend and I can’t rave enough of how beautiful and what a great experience it was. Heather is like a fairy god mother. She will do anything to make the vision come true and help with anything you need. Working with her from the start was so easy. She makes you feel as if you were family. All of my guest were extremely impressed and gave me so many compliments of how beautiful the location was and how well everything was planned…I have Heather to thank for that. Taylor and I are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience.

"Amazing wedding venue and hotel"

We got married here and it was such a beautiful venue. The historic details were amazing, and the hotel was gorgeous on the inside and outside. Staff were very accommodating, mainly Heather DiGiulio who helped us plan our wedding and even the whole setup process, she was great. The rooms for the hotel were spacious, clean and comfortable. For the reception, the catering staff were very kind and quick with service.

"Marvelous Historic 5-Star Boutique Hotel"

Stayed at Le Meridien Historic Courthouse during a recent trip to Tampa. This 5-star boutique hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel is a former federal courthouse designed by James Knox Taylor in the Beaux-Arts style. The hotel is gorgeous and has lots of character. We dined at Sal Rosa. The cuisine and the hospitality were excellent.
