"Hotel shuttle shout out!"

I just wanted to make a quick shout out to the hotel shuttle service. Having this option made getting around super easy and was a relief for getting back later at night. Shoutout to Ryan for being super helpful and prompt. Thanks again for the two rides!

I spent a wonderful time in this hotel while I was attending a conference in Tampa. The service is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Ulises is the best driver ever. He’s nice, down to earth person and always available to help. I appreciate his kindness.

Our stay was great, the rooms were clean and stocked. The restaurant was tremendous and now is one of our favorites in Tampa!!! Ryan was an amazing asset being our shuttle service to a concert one evening! So convenient and highly recommend.

Very nice night out after a show at the Tampa Theater. Delicious food and super friendly server, JJ. Food took a bit, and restrooms were a bit of a walk. Decor was lovely, with beautiful ambient music- not too loud, allowing for good conversation.

"Amazing Hotel and Amazing Staff!!"

Found this hotel as my elderly mother just moved into her apartment close by and my husband and I have to help her on a weekly basis. I was pleasantly surprised at not just how much character the hotel has but also the amazing staff! From Makesha and Carla at the front desk, to Alex and Katie at "The Dan" where the food is also amazing, and the shuttle driver Ryan is very knowledgeable we absolutely enjoyed his insights to the history of the hotel!
