Great place to stay! You can't beat their rooms with small kitchens plus a free breakfast. We were 99% happy with our stay! Unfortunately we were awaked by housekeeping knocking hard on the door, but they had the wrong room, she felt so bad. Only other thing is the pool closes at 10pm. It actually was closed a little before 10PM. If they could at least let us quiet people relax and float and have until 11pm or Midnight. Can't even sit pool side and enjoy the beautiful waterfall they have near the pool.

Located in a great area and has lots of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. Rooms are spacious and basketball court allowed me to burn off some work stress in a positive manner. Staff was pleasant as well. Kitchen was being remodeled but once that is reopened breakfast will be tip top again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. There are definitely some great aspects worth highlighting — the location is excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was surprisingly spacious, which made for a comfortable stay overall. However, there were a few drawbacks. The fridge in our room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the furniture felt quite dated, and the hallway was noticeably hot and stale. One major issue for me personally was discovering that this is a pet-friendly hotel — something I wasn’t aware of prior to booking. As someone with allergies to dogs, cats, and hamsters, I unfortunately had a reaction on the first night. To make matters worse, a dog in a neighboring room barked repeatedly during the last two nights of our stay, which made it difficult to relax. If it weren’t for the pet allergy concerns and the noise, I would definitely consider staying here again. There’s a lot to like about this hotel, but it may not be ideal for guests with similar sensitivities.

The hotel was fine except when we got it the room at 11 PM there was only one bath towel and no wash cloths in the room. The front desk was happy to provide what we needed fortunately because the room was not checked the next day, one strike for housekeeping. We were traveling for a special occasion and wanted to freshen up before check in time as we had been traveling all day. I used the app several hours before the 3 pm check in time to contact the front desk and there was never an answer, one strike for the corporate app or the front desk, you decide. With no response, I called the hotel front desk 2 hours before check in time to request access 30 minutes early, Gena whined about the 3 PM check in time and said they would attempt to get the room ready and to call back in an hour. I didn’t bother as it was very clear in her voice that she had no intention of doing anything to assist. I showed up at 2:30 PM and the room was not ready, Gena greeted us at the front desk with every excuse I have ever heard and in the end said to give them 20 minutes to get things ready. Two hours later the room was ready but we were already at the event. Strike three goes to the hotel. Do better Hilton, I’m going to need to get some hourly credits going for all of the 4, 5, and 6 am checkouts I do when I travel every month. You would have more logged on my account if the check out feature in the app worked flawlessly. Fortunately, the room was fine and the stay was peaceful or there would be far less stars in the rating. I stay at Hiltons everywhere I can in the US and outside the US and fall back to other brands when necessary and most hotels actually try to help when they can.
