Pil is really accommodating and he served all our requests from the hotel. He deserves to recognized as a great employee.

I think this was my 3rd time staying here. In the past I have never had a problem and enjoyed it. This time I was very embarrassed because I had family with me that had never stayed there. When we arrived, our room was muggy and had a gross smell, we were told there is no AC and they did give us a portable tower fan to cool the room down. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper, we had to ask for more (usually other places have at least one extra in the bathroom.) I almost slipped going down the stairs to the parking lot when it was raining and there were no signs out of slippery floors. And last when we woke up on our last day there was an ant infestation in our bathroom. They were everywhere and getting in our belongings. All over the shower and counters. Like I’ve said I never had a problem here in the past but I think I will look elsewhere in the future to stay. I had better hopes this time.

In hotel lobby, Pil is very friendly and provided good service! So I could relax comfortably. The hotel was also clean and comfortable.

My first time in LA, and this hotel is so nice. The location is good enough to visit Hollywoods or Griffith, or just walk around the LA roads. Especially Mr. Pil is so kind and impressive to help us a lot during our stay.

Michael at the front desk is a gem. Hollywood Hotel is my go-to stay for concert venues in East Hollywood, as they have always provided me a warm welcome, easy public transport routes and great customer service. Great atmosphere, good value for the location, and comfortable rooms. Water was a bit yellow in the shower, but cleared up within seconds.
