"PERFECT Customer Service"

Pil saved our lives!!! His excellent customer service is truly second to none, with the weather drastically affecting our plans, he was so understanding and found an option for us to have a great weekend in LA without our whole travel plans being at a complete lost. My wife and I highly recommend both the hotel and if you come by make sure to say hi to Pil! We personally will be visiting again, because we know that this hotel values our experience even in the face of unforeseen circumstances.

I had a great stay here. Nice area and clean hotel. In particular Pil was very nice during check in and check out. He is great!

We needed a pet friendly hotel located centrally for a trip to visit several family members and attend a game at Sofi Stadium. Price, location and grounds were good, price was good. Every staff member we met was friendly. The manager Michael was fantastic, offering stories and suggestions for places to eat. The room was not large, but it was neat and clean, the shower was hot with plenty of pressure. Wifi worked well. The Bistro in the lower level was bright and the staff welcoming, the food was good and coffee was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

"Low price… but it comes with a cost!"

Unfortunately, this stay had several significant issues that made it impossible to sleep. The rooms lack blackout curtains, and with bright exterior lights shining directly through the windows, it felt like daylight inside the room throughout the entire night. The air conditioning system is outdated and extremely noisy—you’re forced to choose between having cool air with a loud, disruptive motor or turning it off entirely and sweltering. The toilet ran continuously throughout the night (ghost flushing), and the soundproofing is practically non-existent—every noise from the hallway was clearly audible inside the room. I didn’t get a single hour of quality sleep during my stay. While the price may be low, the lack of basic comfort makes it impossible to recommend. They also charge an extra $39/per day for parking.
