"It’s alright"

The hotel itself is good for the price you pay for, although at the beginning of my stay I was put in a room that didn’t match the quality or standards that’s was shown at hotels.com. Though when I asked for a new one, I got it in a smooth and professional matter. Which is very positive, although one thing that was very irritating was that chromecast only works with android or not iPhones… so you’ll have to pay for movies if you want to watch the tv. But all in all, when I got the right room. Nothing to really complain about, Michael was the best receptionist ever! If you get him, then you’ll get a guaranteed nice stay and feel looked after!

My boyfriend had a surgery scheduled at the hospital down the street, and we booked two nights at HH for the convenience. Our stay was very enjoyable despite the reason for being there, and Michael at the front desk was the main reason. He was friendly, efficient, remembered our names from the first encounter, recommended great places to eat, gave us a larger room next to the courtyard. We really appreciated Michael, and our overall experience.

This place sucks. It's dirty, it's loud, their parking is ridiculously OVER PRICED. their restaurant price gouges like crazy. And they proudly display far-right fascist newspapers in the lobby for free distribution.

Pil at the front desk is a pleasure to speak with. Great guy, provided great customer service. He's a team player, and a quality person. I would stay here again knowing that he's a rockstar holding down this hotel.
