"Hotel Weekend"

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the location was perfect for me. I had a couple of places that I wanted to check out not too far from it. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by Pil who was kind enough to answer some of my questions. He shared his knowledge about the city and when was the best time to drive or what restaurants I should check out that were nearby. Appreciated the insight. The cleaning staff also did a great job with the room.

Poor. Really poor. Upon arrival, area feels far from safe and isn’t as close to what they claim to be. Staff member we dealt with on reception was incredibly blunt, no customer service at all. As we walked into our room, we felt it was what we expected for what you pay, that’s until you walk into the bathroom which looks like it’s about 50 years old. Oh, did we mention the mould, wallpaper falling off, chips everywhere, and a hairdryer that doesn’t work. Broken tiles, 2 towels and 2 face cloths provided, not even a hand towel. Attached photos of the state of the bathroom, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Our stay at the hotel was made truly memorable thanks to Phil! From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. He helped us get settled quickly, gave us great local recommendations, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Phil made us feel like valued guests, and we’re so grateful for his help. He’s a big reason why we’d definitely come back!

It was a convenient location. The room was great and an easy helpful booking thanks to Pil Mendez. He really made us feel welcomed. Only thing i would change was a longer stay next time. The bed made it hard to get up in the morning with how comfortable it was. I also appreciate how clean it was.
