Staff was excellent very accommodating very friendly. Yajaira was amazing. Check-in was smooth and quick rooms were clean very helpful when I needed a cab.

"Great place for pets parking nee"

Pet friendly hotel in great location. Especially they have a spacious parking lot (paid). Due to the built time, the room doesn’t look very modern, but have everything we need. Also highly recommend their Sauna room. The front desk was very nice to accommodate our room request despite there was an error when booking with a 3rd party.

Pil provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was done smoothly and efficiently. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, Pil responded quickly and clearly, which made a big difference. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort he put into his work. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Pil to others. Thanks a lot for the great service!

"Worth a visit"

Hotel was further away from activities that we’d usually like. However, once the metro was mastered it opened up LA for us. Lower courtyard rooms can let in the light from the courtyard, however nothing a set of blackout curtains wouldn’t solve or an eye mask. Take a travel kettle, as is quite customary in some American hotels, no T&C facilities (a must for most international visitors). A few places to eat locally, but they’re not great, but there is a microwave in the room and at the entrance to the courtyard a wall of takeaways, trips etc. However, the reception staff are very helpful. Pool area is lovely, chilled and relaxing.
