"Excellent friendly staff!"

My daughter and I had a busy schedule I needed recommendations for healthy meals and one to satisfy a weekend craving! I can’t remember the names, but the long haired woman with her name starting with an “A” was spot on with her recommendation. The gentleman next to her made grabbing a healthy meal super convenient! Thank you to the friendly staff and the room was very cozy as well!

"Just what I wanted"

Clean quiet comfortable hotel with attractive features, including a lovely courtyard with quiet fountain and palm trees. I was surprised at the good rate in this good location. Dinged one star because the bar was “temporarily closed.” Two tips: 1) If you are a make-up girl, don’t rely on the harsh overhead lights in the bathroom - BYO . 2) If you want to see the beautiful entry fountain featured in the photos, you have to be in the paid parking lot. If you aren’t parking, you can exit the hotel that way and then get your selfie.

"Satisfactory"

Room was small and old but clean. The layout of hotel felt very odd but it suited my needs. My only complaints were the bed had no sheet on it which seemed strange and also the hairdryer did not work, it was very clearly broken (it rattles and smells). Regarding the restaurant on site, I was hoping to meet some people for breakfast but after seeing the menu and hearing it was underground I opted not to. Just was not what I’d hoped for. I feel like this hotel could easily up their game and have much more appeal but for now it suited my basic needs.

"Unsafe and rude"

The front desk was incredibly rude when we checked in. Then early in the morning we were woken up by someone opening our door. No knock no explanation. When we called the front desk we were told they would look into the matter and that we would be taken care of. No communication was made after. Upon leaving we stopped by the front desk where we were told they made a mistake and sent maintenance in. I expressed that being female travelers that was unacceptable and triggering they said they would comp us but it appears that was just to dismiss us and not have to deal with their mistake.
