Hotel was outdated and looked nothing like the pictures. Chromecast was not working on the tv. Staff was friendly, I just wasn’t happy with the ambiance.

When you need the comfort, cleanliness and that feelings of security you get at home, the Hollywood hotel delivers. The hotel is perfectly positioned for the local area and wider attractions, After a long haul flight arriving at the hotel quite late we received a warm and friendly welcome . Check in was easy and trouble free, I enquired about getting something to eat and was given options and clear directions to the local Pizza Hut around the corner and offered assistance if I needed it. The presentation of the room was clean and fresh with two Queen beds, the beds were comfy and provided and excellent night’s sleep, housekeeping were first class and the room was perfectly presented each evening we returned. Not knowing the area or what there was to see Michael gave us our own personal itinerary which gave us the ability to enjoy and appreciate the little time we had in LA. Michael advised us we could check our bags after checkout until we were ready to leave for LAX. Michael was on hand again offering any assistance on how to get transportation, the desired time to leave to arrive in time for our next international flight. From walking in to walking out we felt part of the Hotel family, from reception to house keeping everyone and everything was perfect. Just first class customer service all around, definitely will be returning with our wider family.
