"Pretty nice stay again."

I’ve stayed here a few times while visiting Tampa. It’s a pretty nice hotel. Location is pretty good. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s a mall walking distance away. Restaurant options in the area are kind of lacking. Overall it’s pretty good. I will likely stay here again in the future.

"Good Location"

Weekend stay in Tampa for a couple spring training games. Close to Steinbrenner field and not a far drive to Baycare Park. The room was spacious and clean. There is a small cafe in the hotel with evening meals to purchase that were tasty and reasonable. The only complaint was that our shower dripped badly creating an annoying noise but we managed. We would stay here again.

Had a great time with me and my family. We stayed for close proximity to the Raymond James Stadium for a football game. Service was great and the hotel is beautiful. Lisa and Julio at the front desk were amazing.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Westshore with a college lacrosse team for a couple games in the Tampa area. From the start they made the process easy. Check in, etc was a breeze. Hotel itself was clean and convenient. Due to a blizzard at home, all flights were canceled for several days and we had to keep extending our stay. Kimberly and her staff made the process simple. Their customer service was outstanding throughout. 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

"Your worst option for staying in Tampa"

Cold. Very very cold. Heat did not work in our room — entire hotel was cold. Room keys continually failed and had to be reissued. TV system crashed and offer zero channels. Staff was nice — but were unable to do much of anything about issues. Better options are literally across the street — don’t book here.
