"Awful!"

The hotel was an overnight stay close to the airport - good location but it was not a good experience: - front desk refused to give us water for coffee and asked us to use tap water or buy it - furniture was awful. Looks like mismatched furniture from a garage sale - blinds would not go down all the way so light from adjacent buildings was distracting all night - bed was comfy but the frame creaked. - not worth $171! Never again

"Poor Experience"

A very disappointing experience all the way around. From a IHG rewards member. The website says paid parking. It’s not, it’s paid because it’s paid by” you “. It also was supposed to have free breakfast. It doesn’t it was very expensive, unless you have a voucher, which we knew nothing of. Which brings me to the front desk staff. Extremely arrogant, as if the customer should know all these facts. Annoyed by the questions. An example of how customer service has gone down greatly. As a customer who has stayed at Holiday Inns throughout the country. I would say this was the worst experience by far. It may be time to find a different place to stay from now on. Disappointed IHG Reward Member-

"Terrible Customer Service - Front Desk"

Probably the worst hotel experience regarding customer service. I had the rudest interaction with the front desk people. Specifically, one lady, I believe her name was Analisha, or something similar to that. Very rude. Degrading. She spoke to me like I was dumb and not only degraded me, but acted as if I wasn't worth her time. I was trying to explain that my son had made the reservation through his work (he also works at a Holiday Inn), but he was still a minor, so I needed to rectify that. She was INCREDIBLY rude, and just flat out mean. I reacted to her verbal abuse in a way that she felt was offensive. I'm not excusing my defensive behavior to her abuse by any means, but I refuse to let anyone treat me like that! In front of my children no less! I've stayed in motels/hotels in much worse physical condition but the customer service was outstanding. I absolutely do NOT recommend this Holiday Inn. Other ones are much better. 0/10 experience. The rooms were pretty clean, though. But if you want to be treated as a human, I suggest going elsewhere. Stayed here in December of 2025. Will not return.

"An Okay Stay for One Night"

I stayed here because I was planning on seeing a concert in town. This hotel was fifteen minutes away from the venue (Benchmark Arena), and it was cheaper to stay here than near the concert. The employees behind the front desk were very nice. They were friendly and accommodating. I had a room on the eighth floor with a king-size bed. The room was very spacious and spotless. One of the first things I always do is check for bed bugs since I'm very paranoid about bringing them back with me. I saw no signs of any. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room temperature was freezing. My only complaint was about the bathroom. The water temperature was terrible! I tried to take a shower, and the water barely ever got hot. It felt warm-ish if you filled the tub, but it was never hot enough to take a shower. I was glad I was only spending one night here because I don't know how I'd handle cold showers every day. In addition to the tepid water, the water smelled really funky. It smelled like burnt dust (like when you turn your heater on after a long time of no use, and it burns off the dust). This is the best way I can describe it, but it made me a little suspicious of what is going on in those pipes. The noise level wasn't bad. I heard occasional people walking in the hall or closing a door, but it wasn't enough to disturb me. I think this hotel, based on my short stay, isn't bad if it's for a night or two, but I don't know how it would be for longer than two nights in my opinion.
