We stayed here in January and the service was exemplary. The restaurant and bar staff especially Viviana and Jeidy were incomparably professional. Their customer service skills should be honored. We will definitely be staying here again and we will bring the kids next time. The kids fun zone is to die for. We totally loved our stay. Thanks IHG, Holiday Inn is the best❤💯

Horrible wexperince, room was dirty, towels were dirty, mens hair in the bathroom upon arroval, never cleaned it up asked for 3 days noone ever came. I had to clean in MYSELF to shower. When they finally did they just switched the towels never touched anything else. Elevator was broken had to walk up 10 flights of stairs w luggage for 4 days. Didnt even get a voucher for this inconvenience. Oh also doesnt have any smart tvs and the tv didnt work it was all static so we couldnt even watch tv. Do not go here !!! They also charge u hundreds in resort fees on top of nightly parking fees. I was told ALL fees included and i ended up paying an extra $200!! And check in took over an hour. Also the sink was absolutely disgusting. Youll see in the pics.

The hole experience was amazing, from Lucia at the front dest to the time we checked out, we had an amazing time, staff very helpful and and friendly, aftera long drive, Lucia was able to help us make the day a litle nicer with her helpfulnes and knowledge of the area, the rooms where clean and nice the ambient was fitting, the value was decent, noce level almost non existent, over all 10/10 in this trip

This stay revealed a level of operational failure that is difficult to reconcile with an IHG-branded resort. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with evident humidity and a strong cigarette odor, despite the property being advertised as smoke-free. Being forced to change rooms late at night due to basic room quality issues is not a minor inconvenience; it reflects a breakdown in quality control. The following morning, at approximately 8:00 AM, there was a loud gathering with speakers at full volume directly at the hotel entrance. The absence of timely intervention by staff and the lack of basic oversight in common areas raised serious concerns about management and guest experience. Operational inconsistencies continued throughout the stay. On one day, our room was not serviced by housekeeping at all. In addition, we had to visit the front desk three separate times to request towels. Each time we were assured they would be delivered promptly, yet after more than two hours, nothing arrived. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a resort property. These incidents are not isolated. Together, they point to systemic deficiencies in room quality control, housekeeping, service execution, and managerial oversight. The overall experience fell materially below the minimum standards one would reasonably expect from the IHG brand. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution future guests and encourage IHG to review whether this property is meeting brand expectations.

Very nice Hotel and very good beds ! All staff are very friendly ! Also the breakfast buffet is very nice ! Maybe a idea to change the coffee machine to a Nespresso machine !
