Very nice accommodations and it offers lots of amenities: Pool, restaurant, bar and in the room has everything you need. I like that they had lotion and body wash, with shampoo and conditioner which was not the small tubes but large in the bottle with a pump.

My family and I had a great experience at the hotel. Loved the available amenities throughout the property. Lobed being close to thr Disney parks and having a shuttle service. Haizel was especially kind to us. She provided great service at the bar and made our stay great. The only issue we had was with the door to our room. We had to remember to hold on to then pull on the door handle then swipe the room card to enter the room. It was only a slight inconvenience that did not hinder pur trip. I would stay here again.

Great staff. Clean resort. Very toddler friendly. Yummy pizza. Close to amusement parks. Quiet resort. There is unfortunately no microwave in room which is only downside. Comfy beds!

Stay was good but booking thru the IHG web site, I was offered a suite room which doesn't even exist. I ended up overpaying but after talking to a front desk employee I was offered a 20% discount since I ended up getting a standard room. Another perk was that I rented a car and used the hotel as a drop off location.
