This hotel is awful!!! It’s dirty and run down. The rooms smell like mildew, and the hallways smell like urine. Everything is run down and/or broken. The customer service is sub par. The breakfast buffet is barely edible. The elevators are broken and take FOREVER, and it’s very loud…you can hear your neighbors sneeze. The ice machines are broken and missing. Don’t waste your time or money here. The light in our bathroom went out, and they put the desk lamp in the bathroom for us to be able to shower. Not safe. Took hours for someone to come and actually fix it and the staff at the front desk was rude and not helpful.

We loved the hotel, it was clean and people were friendly. We had an amazing time at the bar. Lisseth was the best, she was very helpful in our decision for drinks and she made the best we ever had. And we also ordered wings with her help once again. Nice overall, great experience.

Overall, this hotel was average for our stay. The price felt appropriate for what we received, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The mattresses in our room were lacking support and structure and should really be swapped out as a good night’s sleep makes a big difference. We also noticed that the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and something that should be addressed. I typically love IHG Hotels & Resorts properties, but this location falls short compared to its close partner, Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. Another downside is the traffic. The hotel sits off a one-lane road in and out, and post–amusement park traffic can be very frustrating. After a long park day, waiting in a long line of cars just to get back to the hotel isn’t ideal. Overall, it’s fairly priced, but with a few upgrades and improvements, it could be much better.
