"DO NOT STAY HERE! WAS INJURED IN TUB/SHOWER, MOLD AND MILDEW IN ROOM AND GOT SICK OFF BREAKFAST BUFFET."

ASSISTANCE MANAGER LUZ HUNG UP ON ME AFTER REPORTING INJURY . do not stay here!!! fell in tub/shower , hurt my neck. when trying to speak with asst manager luz figuroa she stopped me in mid conversation said she would not be speaking to me anymore and proceeded to hang up on me. had to go back to hotel to fill out accident report. wasted 1/2 day of trip. paid for breakfast buffet, bacon was raw, asked for cooked bacon , you can see difference in photos. got sick after eating from buffet. booked thru priceline, who reached out to luz on my behalf to approve refund, she said absolutely not , that they would not approve. ruined vacation. went to urgent care for neck as already have metal plate and screws , fall caused injury to neck and extreme pain. first room had mold under ac unit and was extremely dirty and outdated. moved to different tower, room was not much better . bed extremely uncomfortable,

Perfect. Everyone helped make our visit wonderful. All our children and grandchildren came for Christmas. Everyone treated us like family. Breakfast was better than any other hotel we have had. Smiles and good mornings even when they were helping us and not with their families at Christmas. They even let me decorate all our rooms for Christmas before my grandkids made it. I would recommend. Call them directly to book. So easy to deal with.

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Disney World marathon weekend. It was great. We will definitely stay again. The room was reasonably priced and the location was great. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is a 10 minute drive or a $10-$15 uber ride to the parks. Our room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff members were friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help. The rooms are spotless, with fresh linens and fluffy towels that make you feel right at home. Cleanliness is top-notch; toiletries are replaced daily, and everything feels well-maintained. Despite being close to Olde Town, the noise level is impressively low, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. The value is great too—pricing is reasonable for such a prime location. Service is excellent, with a quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Amenities include a good breakfast with plenty of variety, a heated pool, and free parking (though the back lot could use better lighting). I was just staying 1 night, but the impression I got immediately is that the Hotel is kept up and run well. The Reception checking me in recognized my IHG status, gave me my welcome gifts and upgraded me to a deluxe. The room is super clean and roomy. Microwave, upscale coffee machine, frig. , The lobby has a bar but I didn't try it. Vending machines and washers on each floor. The area has tons of food choices.
