In town for Muhlenberg. Across the street from Dorney Park. Right off I78. 5 minutes from Muhlenberg College. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and coffee. Staff got back to me via online texting feature during snowstorm Feb 2025 to help us navigate our way in.

Told two receptionists across 24 hours - no hot water (verified by an employee) and wall lights not work. Nothing. 8:30 at night, second night, moved from King room to a Queen. Wall mounted heater sounded like a chain saw with an unbalanced chain. Located with fan blower right at room's desk. That's annoying. Going on third night, asked for manager, Shamara Burnett who apparently works shorter hours during the day. Gave my phone number. No call. Returned to hotel - no message. No feedback. No discount on checkout for inconvenience changing rooms or moved from a king bed room. No customer service and no maintenance repair of broken items. Told the 3rd floor is a long way for hot water to go. We should understand. Really? It's good the hotel does not have 8 or 15 floors! How do they do it?

Ignore this at your own peril, but if you like to sleep, or need to rest after or before a long drive, this is not the hotel for you. The walls are paper thin to the point you can hear your neighbor blowing their nose, and their alarm is your alarm. My neighbor got up at 5am and liked to hit the snooze button.... repeatedly. And the staff shrugged off my concern. It's not easy to add insulation to walls in a working hotel, so don't expect this to be fixed any time soon.

This hotel is perfect if you're doing multiple visits to Dorney Park. Its right across the street. Cinnamon buns are still my favorite part of breakfast at a HI express. Exit 54 of Interstate 78. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Ice Cream world is 2 doors down.

This is an easy to get to hotel right across the street from Dorney Park. There is a McDonald’s a few doors down. The hotel has ample parking. It must be new, or newly renovated, as everything looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a king room with a shower. My room was well-appointed and very comfortable. I remarked to the front desk staff that I couldn’t remember the last time I slept so well in a hotel. The bed was amazing and the blackout shade really helped keep out the morning light. Even though I was right next to the elevator I didn’t hear any noise during my stay. My room had a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. For a business traveler, the many charging outlets and comfortable desk will be well appreciated. My room had a good size bench for my overnight suitcase with hooks above. There was also a small armoire to hang clothes with a safe to store valuables. The tv was large and there were many channel options for entertainment. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with a variety of choices. The eating area was nicely appointed. I highly recommend this hotel.
