This stay was frustrating from the start. We requested side-by-side rooms over 3 months in advance because we had two large families traveling together, including elderly and handicapped relatives. Instead, we were placed in Rooms 22101 and 22106—not next to each other, which made it hard to coordinate and assist one another. My father attended the “owner update,” which started 30 minutes late because the rep was unprepared. What should’ve been a quick session turned into a 2.5-hour ordeal, filled with pressure and pushy sales tactics. He wasn’t interested in buying, but they brought over a manager who also wouldn’t listen. By the time he got out, our group had missed dinner reservations and had to scramble to make new plans. All because Hilton didn’t honor the time they committed to and we had to wait for my father to get back. One of the worst moments came when my sister stepped outside the room with a beer in her hand on July 5th. A female sales rep walked by, looked at her, and said sarcastically, “Oh, a Corona? I thought the 4th of July was yesterday.” We didn’t find it funny—it came off rude and judgmental. It was her birthday. We’re adults on vacation, not causing trouble. If there’s a no-drinks-outside rule, we didn’t see it posted. On top of all that, the room A/C was locked at 69°F, but the temperature never dropped below 72°F. We had to buy fans just to get through the nights. Between the heat, poor service, and disrespectful staff, this place was a letdown. The resort’s location isn’t even that convenient to the parks. Definitely not the Hilton quality we expected. I wouldn’t recommend.

I’m surprised at this resort the difficulty I faced when I checked in. First of all I purchased this resort through a third party and I paid for the resort fees upfront. But of course when I went to check in I had to pay it again in which I was very upset. I showed proof that it was paid, the third party even spoke to the front desk manager and still nothing was resolved that was one issue. Secondly I’m disappointed about the house keeping. As a previous customer this time around the housekeeping was slacking. I stayed for 10 days room was service twice and when it was serviced nothing was done but only the garbage removed. Why charge all the fees if the service is going to be slacking. The only thing that was a plus, was the pools and the activities that we use while on the property.

"Fantastic overall!"

Overall, we were very impressed with this property! The rooms (we reserved a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor-Building 30) were massive, updated and very clean with fully equipped kitchens-right down to the pizza cutter. A full size stackable clothes washer and dryer were also in our unit(s) as well, which was extremely convenient. The unit also provided detergent for the washing machine as well as the dishwasher. Every team member we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and eager to assist us with whatever we needed. The text messaging (at check in you can opt-in to receive text updates throughout your stay-highly recommended) was extremely helpful, especially when there were urgent updates throughout the property such as pool closings due to inclement weather in the area or any other pertinent information needed throughout your stay. If you ran out of anything (detergent, towels, toilet paper etc) you just send a text message-or give a call to the office "0" and they will bring you what you need. The property was conveniently located within a half hour or less (depending on traffic) of all parks as well as Disney Springs and Universal City Walk. Busch Gardens was only about an hour away. They have many pools on property-so take your pick! The bartender at the large pool with the slide was AWESOME. So welcoming, friendly and he made great drinks! Overall just a fantastic stay. We will most definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Orlando.

"Terrible stay"

Terrible experience. Won’t ever return here. We are Hilton gold members and have always stayed at Hilton due to the nice hotels and how we are treated. So we were interested in joining Hilton Vacation Club and stayed here for the tour. We have two young kids and my husband likes to golf so we thought this was going to be great. We had a two bedroom which was very spacious. The moment I walked into the room though there was a pile of human hair. I didn't let it get to me and just threw it away. There were also little bugs (being from Florida already i said it happens) We brought our own cleaning supplies and just cleaned up. The first day we went to the activities center so my son could make some slime and the lady was very gracious with teaching him and then we headed to downtown Disney for dinner reservations so we really didn't get a feel for the place yet. The following morning we had a 830 tour. Our guy (Chris) we had was very nice and could sell you anything. If it wasn't for him we honestly would have walked out of there. So we had 3 chairs at his desk(we had to bring our kids becuse they require husband and wife to be there).. we left the desk to go to a quick presentation and when we came back another family (with lots of kids) was sitting at a table next to us and obviously had our chairs. It was no big deal at all and our sales guy made a joke to the other one hey you stole my chairs and laughed. Literally no one cared because chairs were easy to get. But the other family's mom lost her mind and swung a chair back to us and almost hit my 4 year old and started screaming at us. Then after they get her calmed down her son comes up to my son and grabs his toy out of his hand (not a community toy one we brought with) and tries to walk away My husband got the toy and said sorry but that's ours. The mom again loses her mind causing a scene at this place and saying her son is only 1. Which we understand we have a l and 4 year old too but we aren't grabbing things and if they did we would apologize not scream at them. (Her 1 year old could walk and speak, and was bigger than my 4 year old who towers over 6 year olds). My husband then told the woman she needed to back off she was walking towards us aggressively with her hands in the air and threatened us and said she was the last person to mess. (She made it about race after almost hitting a child with a chair) The staff intervened and asked her and her family to leave. It escalated so quickly I don't even understand how it happened. The staff advised us they would be trespassed from property(which she was not). They later told us cops here take so long to respond sorry. Loll laughed because my husband and myself are both law enforcement in the same state and we know in an active disturbance/trespassing situation it wouldn't take a long time. Even after all that we still thought to make a deal about the timeshare but after the ordeal we didn't feel like staying there cause the relaxation was gone. The staff said well we could transfer you to our sister hotel but it's under construction and farther away, and I'm like no then. Then they said becuse we came on a timeshare tour they had a hard time finding us somewhere to go for an equal amount of money. I told them we were Hilton Gold members and had points to use if they found us somewhere to go we would cover the rest of the cost. After a run around conversationwe jsut said we would find our own place and went back to the room. We took the kids to the pool to say maybe we can make it work, we were wrong (we saw the family at the pool)... We checked out early and the manager stopped me on the way out and gave me 30,000 points. Um. Thanks but that doesn't cover anything, but i said thank you and walked out. I don't like drama (we deal with for a living and lay it in the line there ) we work very to not put our kids in any uncomfortable situations like that. That other family never left, they were staying near us and can only imagine what she would do if she saw us at the pool. If she reacted that way in front of everyone at the tour l'm sure other encounters would be worse. Anyways we won't be staying here again. Oh and I forgot mention we found a rusty nail on the ground as well. Thankfully my husband had his shoes on and stepped on it without penetrating the skin. Otherwise that could have been my kids. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 is because of the nice golf course.
