I stay at many hotels in and around Orlando and Kissimmee and had some Hilton Honors points to redeem. I selected this hotel as it was offering the best value. This resort is perfectly fine if you will be spending many days at the theme parks. The advantages is that it's one of the cheaper vacation clubs in the area and its location. There is a large (and crazy busy) Walmart close by and it's surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The resort is clean and plenty of pools around. The downside is that it doesn't feel like a typical vacation club, for example there is no gift shop in the lobby or coffee shop or ice cream etc. You can get coffee in the morning, but it's a drive to the golf clubhouse which is usually full of...well golfers and the one staff member behind the bar was stretched. On arrival I didnt get the feel of a vacation club because of these minor amenities. Also the only restaurant onsite (minus the pool bar) seemed to be situated in the golf clubhouse. I would love to see a coffee/ice cream shop and mini market in the lobby area. They do have a kids club with board games and activities and my son enjoyed the slime making ($5). We had dinner around the pool on the first night and the food was average at best considering the price. The drinks were OK. The staff were all polite but the front desk agents need some basic training (no one looking up acknowledging a guest standing in the line) or welcoming guests to the hotel. They were not rude, just very process orientated and going through the motions. New staff maybe. The rooms were large and spacious and had everything you need as you expect a vacation rental to have. The bath was not a spa bath, but was huge and deep which was enjoyable. We did have an issue on one night with guests shouting/laughing/arguing on their balcony for hours on the first night. We did call security when they were still going at 3am but security didnt seem to action anything, so my husband finally shouted for them to keep it down and that worked. We played a game of goofy golf which was fun one evening. The service around the pools is non exsistant. In fact, on the Saturday we decided to order lunch from the pool (the menu was on the table) and the very nice staff member said that unfortunately because it is quiet he didnt think they were serving food. He really wanted to help so called his manager, who said that unless the bill was over $50 they couldn't offer food service by the pool as the kitchen is based at the main pool. We could however order it and pick it up ourselves. Not the end of the world, but again didnt meet my expectation of a Hilton Vacation club. All in all it was a comfortable couple of days but we probably wouldn't stay at this one again due to the lack of additional services and facilities that we are used to from a vacation club.

"Great stay, staff, accommodations, worth the money and we will be back! Highly recommend"

Just left this property. I came down with my family and we highly recommend! We stayed in a 3BR & 2BR, we had requested renovated units however we were placed in rooms renovated in 2018. Despite that we still loved the accommodations; rooms are very spacious, lanai is a nice touch, the kitchen makes cooking for a family easy, and the pool was close by the kids loved it. Only thing to note is the raccoons at night they like the trash cans. Otherwise wonderful stay; shout out to Martin at the front gate, Donna the GSA upon arrival and Jadelyn via text for the late check out. We went to Universal & Disney and the proximity of the property to Disney is great. We decided to make a trip every other year we had such a good time! Amazing job Hilton!

"A nice experience."

We came here with the kids and a friend. The resort is in a convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, theme parks with shuttles to Seaworld and Universal. The rooms, while not having that signature wow factor of the Hilton “Grand Vacation” properties, are very nice clean, and are well equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathroom in the master bedroom (we had a 2 bedroom unit) was very nice with a separate tub and walk in shower. The decks were screened in which was a nice touch. I am not a golfer, but the golf course look pretty good. The restaurant was excellent, the staff were very friendly. You can get a ride to any part of the resort from your unit on a golf cart with a quick phone call. Someone usually shows up within five minutes. There are multiple pools, games areas, etc. All in all a great place to relax for adults, (it’s a very quiet resort) and there’s lots to do for kids. A great place to spend a week in the Orlando area.

"My favorite place to stay in winter."

I have to say, I am thoroughly shocked by the bad reviews of this resort. We go there every winter for 2 or 3 weeks and it has become our favorite place. I've never seen any bugs inside the condos, the people have been exceptionally helpful, there are plenty of shuttles around the property. Some of the facilities are a little older, but really??? I have no idea what these people are talking about. It's almost as if they were paid for negative reviews! It's hard to believe that guests are treated this differently. As for us, we will continue going there every year and I guess those people who choose not to go back are just leaving more room for us!

"DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR ROOM!"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING HERE- THEY ARE THIEVES!! Last week, as we checked out, while driving to the airport, I discovered i left my jacket hanging in the closet at the front door. We were already near the airport which is about 45 mins away so I didn't feel like I had time to go back and get it. I called my god-father who lives in the area and asked him to go get it for me. I then called the front desk and asked them if they could allow him access or go get the coat for him, which was literally hanging up in the closet. They told me "NO" and I will have to file a claim for them to go check. I should have known then that I would never see that coat agian! Of course, it has not been "found" yet. About the hotel- we had a decent looking room, however, there were bugs crawling in the kids beds and they didn't not come change the sheets that we requested until 4pm the next day. My son had to sleep on the couch and refused to go back in that room even after. There were tons a fire ants on the patio which they did come to spray immediately. The kitchen sink had a continuous drip which they did come and repair the second day. There was a kid above our unit who woke up at 6am every morning to run sprints. Also, they have several pools, but no hot tub.
