I thought the resort was great especially for the money we paid. I found our check in was quick and easy. Room was great , had a 2 bedroom unit. Room was clean and had what we needed. We only ate breakfast in Room. I feel if we were cooking more there wouldn't have been enough larger bowls or pots and pans. Pools were great and so were activities. Golf was expensive though. Pools bar was great with some great snack foods.

Let's start with the grounds. Wow. There's Security before you enter (I like that for safety) and then you enter what is almost its own zip code! Huge, beautifully manicured, gorgeous golf course, tons of amenities like tennis, etc. The front desk agents were smart, friendly and professional. Answered my questions and fulfilled my request for a quiet room- being here for work I needed sleep. This wasn't a room though, it was an apartment! Separate bedroom and bathroom, then the down the hall (yes, big enough to have a hallway) to a very good sized full kitchen including dishes, silverware, pots & pans. And a dishwasher! Even the couch was comfortable, especially for a pull out (though I didn't need to pull it out) the bar area was big and having a TV in the living room and bedroom was nice, perfect for a couples or family get away. Everything was extremely clean and the view was of a pond and fountain - very pretty. I also appreciated that you had to use your room key on TWO doors before you entered the apartment. Safety is extremely important as a woman traveling alone. I wish I wasn't there for work, I would have loved to use the amenities and relax all day. This place could definitely be a home away from home, it's nicer than many apartments I've seen. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Check in time is four pm we waited til 8 rooms were not clean bathroom filthy floors rooms were large but cheap looking g furniture and floors are not carpet very echoing elevators are very scary wondered if they were going to work garbage all around when we walked into our building elevator dirty not a great initial encounter very disappointing as a family vacation three too A here One and done never will come here again Told by RCI like Bonnet Creek not even close pictures are far from what it is Beware

The resort is beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had only 2 things to mention where they could make improvements. First, we called about a dysfunctional toilet that kept running and they didn't come to fix it. Fortunately we figured out how to make it stop after each flush. And secondly, the main pool was not heated on a day when the temperature outside was quite cool. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider going back.
