This Hilton hotel features the on-site 211 Restaurant, where guests can dine on contemporary American cuisine. The 211 Lounge serves cocktails and light fare. The Tampa Convention Center is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Tampa Museum of Art is half a mile away and The Florida Aquarium is just 1.3 mile away.

I came to this hotel for a conference. I had some friends that were going to pitch the next day and did not want to leave them. So this was the perfect place to stay in the hotel. Also the food was great and better than more than half of the restaurants outside the hotel.

My name I don’t usually write reviews or send notes like this, but I felt compelled to after my recent stay at the Hilton Downtown Tampa. I was in town on business and had a small issue with my room the first evening. The way your team handled it was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and with such professionalism and kindness. I travel often and stay at many hotels around the world, but the level of service I experienced at your property truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guest experience. I also want to recognize Steven F. Dad, who was incredible throughout my stay. His professionalism and attention to detail really made an impression. Please pass along my sincere thanks to your entire team. I’ll absolutely be staying at the Hilton Downtown Tampa again on my next trip.

Lobby is definitely glam! Hotel is nice and very clean. Excellent location. Service was good. Rooms were just average - they could use a refresh - felt a little outdated especially compared to the main floor and lobby space.

I recently attended a conference in downtown Tampa and stayed at the Hilton Downtown. My experience with the employees at the registration desk was exemplary! Breeann at the registration desk provided top notch service and solved a problem with my registration that without her help I would never had gotten through. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. In addition, Xio at the front desk partnered with Breeann to assist me and together they resolved my problem. Congratulations to Hilton, your employees impressed me and gave me every reason to return. I was so grateful for your employees and their commitment to service.
