"Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff!"

We come every year to a gala and this was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very impressed. Not only is a beautiful and clean hotel but all the employees were amazing. Very professional and friendly. You could tell they enjoy their jobs. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!

Just arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel. Sat down for dinner at The Vita. My server, Jovan, greeted me immediately, very pleasant and helpful. Ordered the three cheese pasta and it was wonderful. Received a complimentary slice of bruschetta with a cream cheese spread, amazing. Highly recommend and ask for Jovan.

"Not a great hotel, disappointing"

We were there for a convention. No choice on where to stay. When we arrived at 3, we were told our room was not ready and they would call us. We went across the street to eat, returned 2 hours later, still not ready. I asked how long? He said I can give u a room on 6th floor instead of 13th which is ready now. Who has a number 13 floor?. I don’t want that floor. So we took the room on 6. Why they could not do that before, I don’t know. The window faces a large atrium which is open to the lobby and everything echos, was very loud all day till late night then again early morning. The atrium probably goes up to the 10th floor. On top of that the tub drain is clogged and drains very very slowing so your standing in water, along with the sink is slow. . Can’t get cold water from the faucet. Housekeeping is slow on this floor, first day was 330, next was 1 pm. Next day was 3 pm. The room is a decent size. Very disappointed in Hilton downtown. I have stayed in the brand before elsewhere and it wasn’t like this.
