Very friendly staff, beds are very comfortable, and the valet are great. Tobias valet is very fast, personable, and very nice. The front desk staff have also been very courthouse and helpful in situations. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

I really loved my stay here! Even when I first arrived, the valet Tobias was so friendly and welcomed me and my boyfriend right away. He also helped carry our bags inside. I came back down because i couldn’t find my phone and was despite it being busy he helped me right away and retrieved it for me. I really appreciated the excellent service.

Valley parking retrieve my car very fast. I did not have to wait long. They were Curtis and very polite. They always said thank you and let me know if I can get your car again. We are train team and didn’t mind doing the job. Very unusual these days.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel and it happened to be when a NATO Convention was in town so I met some international guests and had some enjoyable conversation. The staff was helpful with restaurant selection specifically Tobias, who is one of the valet staff. Good times. Thanks!

"Better options available in Tampa"

Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. Unorganized and grossly overpriced for the accommodation. Room for 1 night, a burger I picked up because they did not offer room service (who doesn’t offer room service?!), a “free” lunch and two 24 hour parking passes came to nearly $500. Room and food alone were $438. Booked to include breakfast, restaurant was closed for breakfast. Concierge offered me a $40 credit for lunch, which I used but it was not honored. Bed was ok. Water pressure was not bad but not good. Valet was unavailable both times I tried using it. The adjacent parking lot charges in 24 hour increments that end one hour before checkout, which just feels like a cheap money-grab on the unwary traveler. Night staff were not very helpful, but they weren’t rude, just not at all helpful in locating a functional office space (both of their communal use computers were out of service). Dayshift concierge was much more helpful. Overall - unorganized, run down, way overpriced. Unless you need this exact location, there are many MANY better options in Tampa!!
