Worse Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Air stopped working, tv didn’t work, sink clogged, wouldn’t provide water to an ill guest caused by them ignoring an allergy order in their restaurant. Stay away. And don’t listen to the GM replying to this review as he didn’t even deal with the issues. He will when his company is sued for gross negligence.

The place was beautiful and the staff were amazing. The views from the top floors are what you would hope for and more. Close to everything. Walk to Gaslamp, East Village, Petco Park, and tram. Tram goes to Seaport Village, Little Italy and Old Town. Special shout-out to concierge Shawn, who hooked me up for my birthday weekend. It was a trip to remember with many new memories. Thanks, Hilton Bayside (and Shawn)!
