Beautiful hotel very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. At Breakfast the omelette station was a must. Fresh and perfectly cooked omelette by Jeffery just the way I asked. Made my day thank you Jeffery. The waitress all working super hard to help.

"Good and Not So Good"

My room was clean, if a bit old and in need of some maintenance. The staff is hit or miss, with some people helpful and others completely incompetent. Don't try to call the front desk or speak to the hotel manager after 10 pm, you will end up waiting on hold forever. The room service is excellent, but the breakfast buffet is just OK.

This property is what Hilton is! The BEST customer service in the industry. From check in when we were thanked for being diamond members, which most properties fail to acknowledge anymore, to the breakfast buffet! Excellence, quality food and a fabulous variety. Susie, our omelette chef, was exceptional! So polite and professional, she makes a fabulous omelette. I wasn’t even hungry until I saw one on another diner’s plate! Mine was delicious!! And to get excellent service from the staff during a buffet is a treat. We were truly spoiled today. This is why we’re a Hilton family for life!! Thank you Downtown Nashville Hilton! We’ll be back!

Had the best hotel experience in Nashville. Tai Moss at the front desk was amazing,she was very nice and awesome to talk to helped us have a fantastic experience!!!!!! Also like to mention Melody and Will who was at the front desk when we checked out also very nice and helpful. The room we had was very clean and thebed was so comfortable my wife and will definitely be back in the future. Again Thanyou!
