Great stay! Check in was easy lady at front desk was very nice. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The parking garage has easy access to the lobby, which was convenient. The location is excellent with many bars and attractions nearby. We stayed here for a football game, and it was only a 20-minute walk to the stadium. I'll be staying here again next month. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff is extremely rude. You would think we are the biggest bother just for checking in. The lady had immediate attitude. Restrooms are broken, and staff are unwilling to help you find one that is available. Front desk lady and manager were bad mouthing guests in the lobby in front of hotel guests. I expect better from Hilton than this. Room and everything else was nice, but customer service here is so bad that I will never voluntarily stay here again. There need a major culture change at this hotel, from the top down.

The front desk personnel were not helpful at all. At check in the staff did not acknowledge me until I interrupted their texting, then didn't acknowledge me hotel membership. Later on the staff couldn't direct my wife to washroom facilities and was told to use the washroom in our room. The washrooms were out of order in the lobby area, but the washrooms in the attached restaurant and on the second floor work out room were available. Finally, they were not able to direct me to the PPG Paint Arena and told me to google the directions myself. I raised this up to management and their response was" I will be looking into this and addressing it with the team. This is not a common complaint at our property, so I am going to really give the team an opportunity to explain themselves, but reinforcing the fact that this is not ok for this hotel." Apparently this is not true given the reviews on TripAdvisor as the first few indicate the poor customer experience at the Front Desk. The management was to address to staff and get back to me - still waiting for a respponse.

Went up to spend the weekend. Front desk lady acted like it was a bother to check us in. We’re not given any info on WiFi or any other amenities. When my husband went to use the lobby restroom it was closed. She said it had been closed for a month because of a broken door. (A month? That’s ridiculous!) Gentleman who was at the front desk in the morning was very helpful and informative. Room was mediocre for the price we paid. The best part is I highly recommend their pillows and the mattress was very good. However I would not stay here again as a felt they were a poor value for the money.

Front desk couldn't give a damn. When I checked in I was given my key and the check in assistant just slouched off back to her office. I now discover you have to request to have housekeeping. This want explained. Then when I went for breakfast the next day iwas told I should have been given vouchers. That got fixed but I shift have had to. Then when I complained about the housekeeping to the same front b desk clerk her attitude was more or less tough. Not a smile, but an apology. This is just not what I am used to from Hilton. Serious customer service training issue
