Tried to check in and room not available, they switched or room category to 2 queen's from a king. Then it wasn't ready, they charged us $30.00 parking fee after paying for room, they said website tells us of fee but website not working so I called in they didn't say anything of parking. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable only got few hrs of sleep we just left early than planned as it made no sense to try and sleep. Desk personal didn't seem to care about no comment was made by them and we just left. Not staying here any longer...no worth it.
