Overall, the experience was positive. The twenty something dollar breakfast was a bit disappointing with not enough variety for the money. Rooms were nice. The GM David was not only delightful but very helpful getting my belongings transferred and Daniela was also helpful arranging a room near my brother. The neighborhood was downtown and not very elegant but was a short ride to more interesting places.

The hotel is a bit warn and quite expensive. The rooms are very dark but clean. Breakfast is okay with a variety of bread, fruit and scrambled egg. Central location. Valet parking is expensive but there is a nearby parking lot that’s half the price.

Joey, the Lobby manager is an exceptional individual. Not only did he assist me with getting some papers printed for my homework assignment, but he located an item I had mistakenly left behind. In the hotel bar I witnessed him introduce himself to the staff members while I was having a drink. That man is driven and cares about what he does. 10/10

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. It’s very close to 6th Street for all your entertainment needs. The rooms are so spacious, and everything you would need. Bathroom spacious too. The rooms are so has a microwave and fridge. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They made my stay so welcoming. I want to give out a massive shoutout to the following…. Zane, front house. What a lovely young man and so pleasant. Also, Carlos & Delmie, ( hope I spelt her name correctly?) who served me well at Breakfast. They were a pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them. These staff are an asset to this hotel. Without amazing staff like them, this hotel would’nt be what it is. Please personally thank them all for me. I am so grateful :)

Amazing stay!! What a wonderful experience with the front desk staff, including Carmen, Gloria and Valeria, they made our trip so enjoyable with their cheerful conversation and great advice. Our room was large, clean, and quiet and the location was convenient. The next time I’m in Austin, I will certainly stay here again!
