"Not good!"

The room I was put in had NO NATURAL LIGHT. It had a window but it looked out to the dark and depressing lobby which had NO NATURAL LIGHT. I went down to ask for a change and was told no other rooms available. Then the next day they sent me a text asking how was my stay. I said how much I hated the lack of natural light and they said you should have asked for a new room on check in which I had done and they still didn't move me. Not impressed with this hotel at all as the grounds are really ugly and it all needs an update, the shampoo container fell off the wall. The 18th floor restaurant had problems, too, a lot of food not available. I will not stay here again.

I selected this hotel primarily for its convenient proximity to my business conference; however, the overall experience did not meet the standards expected of the Hilton brand. The guest room appeared dated and was not well maintained. Each bed was provided with only three small pillows, and throughout my three-night stay, housekeeping did not service the room—no additional towels or amenities were provided. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which caused the space to become extremely humid after even a single shower. Additionally, our room keys deactivated each night, and obtaining replacements proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming process at the front desk. For a rate approaching $600 per night, the accommodations and level of service were disappointing. In hindsight, a mid-range alternative such as a Holiday Inn would have offered better value and comfort.

This hotel was very accommodating and in a great location. Beautiful views from the restaurant, delicious assortment for buffet breakfast. Perfect spot for an Austin vacation.

Kendra at the valet is wonderful. She worked the overnight shift during my entire stay and greeted me with a smile every morning at 5:30am. The whole team was great, but Kendra went over the top with her service!

Location is perfect and so close to 6th street. Brenda is awesome and extremely helpful. Valet is pricey but will be back.
