"Broken Pelotons. Helpless front desk."

Just another Hilton Property with Pelotons that don’t work and a front desk that is helpless. I stay at 1-2 hiltons a week and will continue leaving reviews at every single one that doesn’t work. Fix your process.

"Dirty, run down and poor service"

One of the poorest Hilton experiences in a long time. You get greeted with $69 overnight parking fee (listed on the website, but didn’t see or expect it -more than Hawaii). At the reception you observe an older gentleman repeatedly telling the front desk girl that he can’t hear her, just for her to completely ignore his request and continue to mumble off whatever she was saying. For us, she didn’t even cover the basics, i.e. pointing out the free waters or mention our daily allowance. We found that out later and by accident. When we called the elevator, a delivery guy with a dolly )who appeared to be on some ‘mood enhancing’ substances) proceeded to take the elevator we called. When we finally got to the room, we couldn’t find the TV remote. We did, eventually, find it…under the bed together with water bottles and other items from prior guests. The bathroom was so dirty and run down that it took some mental strength to use is..just a step above motel level.
