"Mixed Feelings "

Mixed Feelings about this location. I didn't find the check-in person at the front desk to be overly cordial. The bar / dining experience was also less than as it took 15 minutes to get a menu when there was only one person sitting at the bar. The food was very good but the service not so much. The room was clean as I expected it to be however I do think they are due for a mattress change as the bed was very uncomfortable and uncharacteristic of Hilton. Breakfast the next morning although not included was excellent as was the service.

"Just bad"

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton. Sewer gas smell was horribly strong in room bathroom, the “blackout” curtains were ripped off the wall in my room. I had requested a room with a bathtub, so the choice was tub or curtains. I made sure they had a hot tub at check in- oh yes we have one. Later to find out it was broken. Just terrible all the way around

"Withheld a $50 Cleaning Fee. Done with Hilton"

Stayed one night as a solo. Was charged a $50 fee (up-front) for possible cleaning costs. Left the room as i found it. Called the hotel twice to try to get the fee refunded. Got a polite but royal run-around without further explanation of the fee details. Done with Hilton in the future based on this experience.

"Room clean but don't care for Recapture Fee or having to pay for breakfast"

Room was clean and comfortable. There was no guide for the TV. I did not realize room would not be cleaned until I needed towels after a day away. Was also disappointed that breakfast was not included and cost $16 per person. But the main thing was when I checked out I noticed we were charged what I call a hidden fee called Parking Recapture Fee for each night you are there ($3.87) per night. For a room that costs $154.00 per night I would think they could not have to charge an additional fee.

"Think twice before you stay here"

This is my first stay at a Hilton and I assumed the name spoke for itself. I was visiting family in the area for the first time and I had been driving for many hours, the first thing I was looking forward to is relaxing in the Hot Tub sadly it was not working both nights I stayed. Secondly Breakfast was nothing to speak of Oatmeal was cold both morning and really a waste to even offer breakfast. The only positive is the room was clean, I enjoyed the dark shade since I needed sleep and the room was quiet. I will not be staying at this location on future trips to the area.
