"Good place"

Stayed one night. Our king room was furnished ok. The a/c heating worked great. Good parking.the coffee maker did not work, they did bring a another. Breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs. All the goodies were out, waffles, toast, bacon etc.

Room spells like bug spray the carpet and bedding were dirty. The bathroom is beyond disgusting and old. Bug bites from sleeping in the bed. I stayed at a Hampton the night before in Grants Pass Oregon and it was so incredibly nice. I will never come here again. Absolutely disgusting. Front desk help was the only nice thing about this place.

Not too shabby. The Pure room is a plus for sure. The breakfast was good as well. The only issue was we didn't get room service until I asked. Really not a big deal for us except that I had left my bath towel on the floor not knowing. Now I know. Free Parking woohoo!

We' are Hilton honors members, have stayed here for the last 3 years and won't go back as we've noticed they have cut back on their amenities and service. They got rid of any bathroom sink soap (we were told to now use shower gel in shower, where we had to reach over the tub back wall to get to, not easy with even my long arms and could be a liability for some). Phone dead, bottom sheet too short and pulled off mattress. Kleenex box had two tissues only. Breakfast so-so. The kicker was that a small 1/3 size std prosecco bottle and lean cuisine spaghetti were $25! I had to ask for a receipt. No prices listed on any items, just tallied (in total) and charged. I returned both items.

My husband and I checked in the night before thanksgiving, first noticed the smell of overly used room spray, then stains on flooring leading to our room. Both beds had stains on the mattresses, floor was stained and the bathroom walls were disgusting. We took a quick shower and the water was lukewarm, body wash empty. The next day we got ready to meet up with family and we had no hot water! Called the front desk and they said they would let us know when it would be back. Three hours later, we had hot water, but were late for our family function. We asked for maid service, arrived back that night..no service. Had to go get towels. Next day asked for maid service., still no service. Following morning we were having breakfast and the lady running the breakfast was petting a dog that the guest had with her, then returned to the kitchen without washing her hands. We checked out. It’s a filthy place and great for people traveling with their pets…hence the stains on the carpets and room spray needed to keep up.
