My wife and I decided to go back to Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport because we really enjoyed our stay there last year. We were pleasantly surprised that Saad, Crystal, Erick and John recognized us when we returned, checked in and stayed there this time around. . Shawna at the Tides Bar also remembered our names which was great! Martha remembered us as well since my wife enjoyed talking to her during our last trip. We met some new people this time around; Bahar and Lylkayra at the the front desk. Maria, Carolina and Barinoba were the cleaners on our floor and supplied us with what was needed for our room, since we didn’t require a regular cleaning until we left. Tiffany texted me to see how we were doing and offered her help should we need anything, which was great too! Maricris, Phoebe, Madison, Stanly, Chrisiian, Sophia , Maggy and Taylor all made our stay here enjoyable. Thanks everyone for another great stay! We’ll be back again soon!

We were staying at Disneyland Hotel for a short Xmas trip, but after our last day at the theme park, we moved over to Hampton Irvine to save some money before our SNA flight the next morning. I used 30k honors points for a king room with sofa bed. I like how you can pick your room on the app and you get a SMS when your room is ready. The location is good, very close to SNA but I didn’t hear any plane noises. A lot of restaurants and shopping within 5 min driving. The block where the Hampton is also has Hilton and other hotels nearby, as well as some office buildings. There is a self parking fee (I forget the amount) which is too bad since the parking lot is 1/4 full. The room was nice with a fridge, coffee and microwave. AC/heater unit on the wall was decently effective. The bathroom is basic but good toiletries in the shower. Breakfast available 6-10am. The staff were nice and efficient. We would stay here again, thanks.

Awesome front area and breakfast employees Marisol. Stanley. And Marco. Breakfast awesome big time spread. Hotel is beautiful rooms are huge. Clean. Crispy. Beautiful hotel. I'm coming back 100%. This hotel is not a perfect 10 it is a perfect 100...one of the best I have been to and I travel alot. Thanks Scott Kennedy

We stayed at this hotel for five nights over Thanksgiving holiday. We always have very good service and very pleasant people representing this hotel. We had one situation… On Thanksgiving morning in the breakfast area. It was jam packed. We have stayed here a number of times and never seen so many people. The employee handling the breakfast area was by himself, as his coworker went home ill. His name is Stanley, and he handled all of this craziness in a calm and efficient manner. Nothing got him upset and he tended to everyone’s needs and with a smile. The employees behind the front desk we’re all very friendly and very nice.
