I would like to tell you about an employee Sad and Lylkayra. I needed to do some laundry. The hotel either did not have laundry facilities or were not working by the from desk sent me to a hotel within walking distance. After walking to this hotel where they did have laundry facilities there was not detergent for purchase, they were sold out. I came back to Hampton and Sad and Lylkayra were in the front desk area. I think it was Lylkayra who was moving and mentioned she had laundry detergent in her packed car I could have. She brought in laundry detergent for me, a stranger to use. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this from your above and beyond employee. Thank you, so very sorry for the delay.

I stayed here for one night. It’s right across from the airport. I got in late and left early. The front desk person was super nice. The room was clean and I got decent sleep.

The team here is outstanding. Erick was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about reservations and even remembered guests’ names when welcoming them, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone is warm, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfasts are fantastic as well! I will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Tiffany, Bahar, Sad, Kyra, Marisol, Cristal, Stanley, and Shawna for making the experience so memorable!

The staff were all so wonderful and helpful. Especially Bahta. She was a bright smiley face every morning she was there at the front desk. Rooms were clean and the size of the room was perfect.

My wife and I decided to go back to Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport because we really enjoyed our stay there last year. We were pleasantly surprised that Saad, Crystal, Erick and John recognized us when we returned, checked in and stayed there this time around. . Shawna at the Tides Bar also remembered our names which was great! Martha remembered us as well since my wife enjoyed talking to her during our last trip. We met some new people this time around; Bahar and Lylkayra at the the front desk. Maria, Carolina and Barinoba were the cleaners on our floor and supplied us with what was needed for our room, since we didn’t require a regular cleaning until we left. Tiffany texted me to see how we were doing and offered her help should we need anything, which was great too! Maricris, Phoebe, Madison, Stanly, Chrisiian, Sophia , Maggy and Taylor all made our stay here enjoyable. Thanks everyone for another great stay! We’ll be back again soon!
