We accidentally double booked for my daughters wedding in st Augustine and we had 2 rooms under my husbands name there and 2 at the beach. As most of rooms are done under my name I did not get anything in my Hilton app. When my card got charged for 2 rooms here for that night I called and explained what had happened. Told her my daughter and I were here but my husband was traveling still and would not get here until middle of the night (this is like maybe 3pm on day of supposed arrival). She said she can’t do anything without talking to him, so I asked if he can get to you will you take charges off. She said no. So I’m thinking why have him call at 2 am when he arrives if we are stuck paying for room anyway. He came in exhausted. The next morning we additional 23 dollar per room charge for a no show and a parking fee for I guess our imaginary car??? We paid for the room, house keeping does not have to clean room, why other an additional fee? If we had stayed in it they could not have resold it. Wtf. The girl was an absolute witch, we had her on speaker on part of the conversation because I was trying to look up reservation and the front desk of Hampton I was at was floored ….and we were nothing but nice. I have never experienced this at a Hampton or other Hilton properties and we stay in them often. I will never stay at this one. Hilton should be ashamed for hiring this chick.

Treated with racism disrespectful management. Arthur and shawayna were less than hospitable. We paid for hospitality we were treated any different than anyone else was their explanation to our complaints. We were on a motorcycle and were not permitted to park under cover during hurricane season. We were the only motorcycle there it was not parked in a fire lane nor was it blocking the entrance to building. Rude and smug remarks made by front desk staff was unacceptable.
