"Terrible customer service."

Terrible customer service. The front desk manager was the rudest person I’ve encountered in my 40+ years of traveling. Also they don’t reserve any rooms to be pet free for people with pet allergies.

We were visiting Page for a few days and decided to stay here while we were in town. The hotel is in a perfect location as it close to everything which was quite nice. Our room was nice and clean and the hotel itself was nice and quite which was great. They have plenty of parking and provide a nice free breakfast every day. It was just a great stay from start to finish and when we come back we won't hesitate to stay here again.

One-night stay. We never expected a luxury hotel experience, but this did everything we needed. Friendly reception, friendly checkout, functional but clean room, newly refurbished and spotless bathroom, comfortable bed. Awful breakfast, but the rest was fine.

"Expensive, Undifferentiated, Mediocre Hilton Chain Hotel"

For me, the best part about staying at a Hilton brand group hotel chain is the free breakfast in the morning especially the make-your-own waffles. It is not a luxurious nor a bountiful breakfast buffet but it works for me. The rest of the property? Mediocre and undifferentiated like nearly every chain hotel. Mediocre service, mediocre rooms with no personality, old linens, old lumpy pillows, thin bathroom towels and lack of amenities. The price is outrageous like most Hilton branded properties (yes, we pay for that free breakfast haha) at $308.29 for one night stay in the standard room with a discount. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. There are now many more hotels open in Page that are newer and probably less expensive.
