Everything about our stay was very pleasant and attentive. Was on my birthday trip with my husband and he wasn’t feeling good. Janell was amazing she checked us in early. That was wonderful because he wanted to rest some, we had just checked out of another hotel and I was praying that a room was available. They gifted me with a nice bottle of sweet red wine and offered me a ginger ale for the hubby. The department of sales rep. was sweet friendly and beautiful like her soul. Even at check out the lady was a pleasant! Thanks so much for making my trip better than how it was going upon my arrivals.

We found it tricky to find using a new TomTom sat-nav. Additional signs are needed at the turn-off and entrance to the car park. Excellent service at reception. Accommodation first class, plenty of free parking. The attractive pool area is very welcoming. Unfortunately the pool water was cold. The breakfast was disappointing, too many things ran out and were not replenished or were not available to begin with. The 'hostess' spent her time clearing tables, an unusual activity, rather than topping up.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at his property and I have to say, we absolutely love the location and all the people who work here. They make this place feel like home and are always so kind and thoughtful. This stay our pre-selected room was not ready yet and we were given a room that we have always stayed in before. It's the perfect room and location on the 4th floor for us. Coffee and breakfast in the morning is great! Clean and tidy too. Our room was nice and neat and clean with plenty of room to move about and relax. I just want to give a huge thank you for your kindness to Katrina at the front desk, so sweet and so kind. As is her colleague, Camber. Again, it feels like coming home and we will see you again (and our favorite room) in a few months. Thank you.
